Can my brother supply me to his condition insurance?

I understand that in need knowing which carrier my brother have it's not possible to know the answer for sure. But surrounded by most cases would my brother be able to append me to his insurance? He works at a hospital and has the typical $10 co-pay, 80% coverage insurance. I live within Idaho and he lives in Kentucky. He have no spouse or children.

Answers:    No. Not unless you were a minor and he be your legal guardian. Defintiely not if you live within two different states.
i would say it depends on his company. but if you aren't a minor and he doesn't support you (you would also hold to live with him). next i would say no. Typically not. You inevitability to be married or legal domestic partner for this to be allowed.
If you are under age or depandant to your brother ofcourse it is lawful reason for him to include you his policy. It is also depends of the nice of insurance he has and the company policy. Generally, no. Usually, the solely persons who can be added to strength insurance obtained through work are spouses, children. In some cases, homosexual domestic partner (in civil unions, etc.) can be added. I am not sure if any states will allow a registered domestic partnership or civil coalition between siblings.
No...you have to be his legalized dependent... Nope sorry. My sister works at a hospital and I can't get on her policy any..

Highly doubtful that this will come up. Insurance policies will cover relatives in jargon of spouses, legal partner, step-children, natural children, or adopt children.

However, a sibling relationship is not one of those situations.
You could try to google it ,here is some direct resource might be helpful.http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/... NO. You are not his dependent - unless you're incompetent, and he's your enduring legal guardian.

Also, respectively health plan is issued IN THAT STATE. A KY vigour plan will have KY providers, none of whom will be "within network" in ID.
Generally he would not be capable of add you unless you be his dependent. With most companies your lucky if you can add your parents/domestic partner consent to alone a sibling.

Also, MBRCATS is wrong; If you have BCBS they enjoy the BlueCard network and if you own a PPO in KY but see a dr surrounded by ID as long as they are ppo par with the ID plan it will discharge as particpating.
