when a company over inflates a claim so the client does not have to retribution their deductable, what happens?
we are relating the client they have to wage their deductable first, therefore they are going next to this other company.
this is not fair - can we turn them within?
Answers: Yes it is illegal and unreasonable.
I do not believe they'll just "achieve investigated" without someone turning them contained by.

It must be a fair and competitive bazaar for insurance companies The deductable is the deductable, how can you not have to discharge it just by inflating the cost of the claim? I thought no situation how much the claim is, you still have to reward the deductable. If they are doing it to pocket the extra money, that is fraud, though.
