i applied for apolicy of ingvyasalife insurance 2 years back but didn't recieve any policy,inspite of my regular complains they didn't help yourself to any note of my problem.presently when i am asking me to refund my money spinal column they say your satchel is under consideration.2 months since i lodged acomplain in near complains department,stilll whenever i call them they say aloud there executive will nickname me but there is no response what so ever.what do ido? i am a house wife near 2kids and don't know where to walk and what todo kindly oblige.
