Insurance Questions and Answers

How much would a settlement be here?

Okay, so I was contained by a car wreck (Not my imperfection!). Some lady run a red light and my sister and me (she be driving) and our car hit hers. Totalled our Cobalt, kinda scratched her SUV. Unibody vs. Body over Frame kinda agreement.

Anyway, I came out pretty okay except that I couldn't hear out of my right ear for a while. I remember the cop laugh at me when I said "well, my nouns hurts and I can't hear out of my right ear". But that's not important...anyway...

Went to an ear specialist and get osme tests run, and apparently I've lost some audible range in my ear. There's a constant ringing surrounded by my ear every time it's quiet adequate. I'm guessing that's the pitch I can't hear, about 4500 megahertz.

So anyway, the settlement from the insurance company is still within processing, and I've got my 6-month final check-up from the ear specialist subsequent month. And so, if the damage is permentant as we ex[ect it to be, what would a clad settlement be? (Rent money for however long it lasts)

Answers: Did you hit your head on anything when the impact occured? If not, I've never deal w/ a claim where someone lost partial audible range.

How much damage be done to the car?

If the auto insurance is accepting the claim, they may cover your medical bills, and possibly present you a small amount over that for your "pain and suffering"
Nothing. I've never hear of a pain & suffering contribution for partial loss of hearing within one hear.

Best of luck to you.
They will only salary the maximum number of years if you can continue to prove that you are disabled. Most companies will require ongoing medical exams by their physician to verbs payments. If you refuse their medical exams, they will stop payments.

One preference you have is to request a lump sum grant. You won't be subject to any additional medical questionnaire or tests by the auto insurance company. Based the lump sum on the amount of time you expect to be sour of work and the amount of money you anticipate having made during that time. Good luck.

Do i have to insure my daughter to teach her to drive? I live in the U.K.?

Answers: Any one driving on a public road needs insurance, you will have to tell your insurance to cover her on your insurance, and it wont be cheap!
Where all these no answers are coming from I dread to think?? Do we really have that many uninsured learner drivers on the road, if stopped both you and your daughter will be done!!
If you dont believe me just contact your insurance company and ask, this question has taught me never to ask this type of question on this forum!
Imagine the police pulling you over, you say "Sorry officer, but I read on Q&A that I didnt need insurance"!!
no the only thing your daughter needs is a provisional and as long as you have driven for longer than 2 years.

good luck xx
you should if you dont want to have to be paying out the pocket when she crashes the car but maybe until she gets her lincense then you should probably get her insurance.
