LIfe insurance denied?
I am a 29 year old non-smoker, mother of one, married woman who is the picture of condition. However, LV have lately denied me life insurance "for condition reasons" (really specific, as you can tell).My husband and I have wracked our brains as to what grounds I could own been denied on, and the merely thing we can come up next to is that I was diagnosed next to Chronic fatigue syndrome 4 years ago.
I have not, however, have any symptoms or received any treatment for this in the second 3 and a half years, and adjectives my health paperwork reflect this. In totting up, Chronic Fatigue is not a fatal disease so should have no position on receiving insurance if I die.
Can anyone put in the picture me whether LV are within their rights to reject me, and what the probability are of me getting this decision overturned? As it is unjustified, what recourse do I own for further action?

Chronic Fatigue itself may not cause loss - but, what other symptoms are associated with CFS that do put you at high risk? I just looked it up and here is what I found:

I would also call for other companies and ask how CFS could affect your premium and eligibility. While they may not be able to furnish you an absolute, they may know how to give you some insight previously you apply.
