Have anyone ever settled a claim with the other f¨ēte;s insurance co.? What information did you have to present to the adjuster? Did they cooperate with you? How long did they cart to come to an agreement with you? What be your experience?

Answers: Wow, Chuck isn't at all bitter. I be a claims adj and I completely disagree with his answer. Here is the contract. We have closely of claims to work and are very busy. We are expected to move our claims and win them settled - so no we don't "sit" on them. As you can see with Chuck's answer - lawyer drastically slow down the process.

We need injury information - departed and present, all medical documentation, and details of current treatment.

If the injury you obtained is questionable we enjoy to research it further. Fraud is prevalent in this industry and as a consequence we have to look for it. Claims lift a long time. You have to be complete next to your treatment, we have to search out your medical records (which can filch upwards of 2 months), we have to review and evaluate your claim, and later most likely enjoy our supervisor approve our review.

Your claim won't be worth what you think it is. Claims are not valued on the amount of medical bills you enjoy!! Claims adj will offer what the going rate for that claim is. If you disagree it is up to you to determine how to proceed.

Good luck
Yes I hold settled an injury claim. First of all, Insurance co's. are a "for profit" business who's interest are within making money. thay don't care in the order of how badly you be injured! or how your injury's affect your life.
In my luggage, I had to afford a deposition that included questions nearly weather I was injured playing sports within school and my height of education. And question about my Full work history, and question about "ALL" injury's I suffered thruout my duration. questions roughly my Honesty, such as Have I ever lied on a job application to acquire a job.

The Claim's Adjuster is Looking For "ANYTHING" that will grant the insurance co. a way out of paying a claim!.

Or "ANYTHING" that can be used against you to discredit you.

"THAY ARE NOT THERE TO COOPERATE WITH YOU!.

In my travel case, it took 3 years to settle. and if I knew later what I know about Lawyers and the imperative. I would have Fired my Lawyer and not consent to him talk me into a settlement that SCREWED me!.

"RESEARCH" the regulation and Know what your rights are under the imperative "BEFORE" you sit down with the insurance co's claim adjuster.
And if you call for an Attorney, "Check them out" first. find out if thay have a devout "win" history in court or are prone to settle out of court. Just because a advocate advertises to "CALL ME" on TV Don't gross them any good!.

How much should an employer pay cheque for his workforce form insurance?

I have a small business beside one full and several part time workers. I'm looking into paying for health insurance coverage for my one full time hand. I've been told I should in recent times set a certain amount I am feeling like to pay for the policy and tolerate the employee pick his coverage. How much is logical for a small business to pay for a monthly strength insurance premium for one employee (example, $100.00 per month, $200.00 per month) What is the standard (if nearby is such a thing!).

Answers: Anywhere from 0% to 100%. Or anywhere within between.

It's really going to depend on what you can afford.

It's pretty reasonable to right to be heard, ok, I can pay $150 a month towards your vigour insurance.
I guess you have two choices: take a small-group plan through a broker or offer to contribute a set amount per month for reimbursement of individual plans purchased by the personnel.

I think most body would prefer a group plan as they are usually cheaper. Don't know what the average "share" is but perhaps 80%-100% employer-paid for human resources and 50% employer-paid for family member.
Depending on your employee's age, I think it is adequate to expect to pay at lowest $100 a month for him/her alone. If your employees is elder, say 40-50, afterwards double that number.

If your employee chooses individual condition insurance, then he/she can bear it with them should they be off the company and pay for it on their own. This means of access, they are not tied to a small group plan should their health exchange.

It really depends what state you live surrounded by, as insurance rates vary drastically by region. You will also find more affordable coverage beside group rates. If you are going to offer different plans so that your personnel can choose, I think your paying anywhere from 50% to 75% of the lowest premium is passable.

After insurance payed on hospital stay.the hospital wont us to recompense over 500. a month.can they get you earnings .?

my husband went into hospital. his bill be over 82 thousand. the insurance payed an the hospital said we had to retribution $581.00 a month for 2yrs.we told them we had other doctors bill to foot too. can they make us reward the $581.00 a month

Answers: Not really..hospitals usually want their money paid contained by 24 months or less. Did they present you Charity Care? If not, I would definately ask for it and apply. They take it soley from the federal poverty guidelines, so depending upon how oodles people surrounded by the family and your income, you may totally well be eligible. Doesn't hurt to ask for any type of discount. And if you do enjoy to pay it adjectives, it wouldn't be a bad perception to open a Health Savings Account so at tiniest you'll pay for it beside pre-taxed dollars and don't have to verbs about it at due time.
Once the insurance has compensated all they are going to, and check next to them to be sure. Write a letter to the hospital and offered them a gift plan, something you can afford.
Include the first payment, articulate you offer $50.00 a month compensated on the first. Then keep making the payments on a regular font. If the hospital accepts the recompense, you should be ok it you keep up the allowance plan. They many turn you over to collections but it is not surrounded by their best interest to sue you if you are making payments.
They can report it to the credit bureaus but it will not hurt your credit that much.

And remember under the Fair Debt Collection Act you enjoy rights, they must contact you in writing and can not phone you in the region of the debt once you write to them and tell them not to phone you and only contact you but letters.

Good luck and I hope you are feeling better. You can foot off this bill given time.

You will enjoy to settle the debt but not necessarily on the hospital's time table Offer what you can and make sure you convey it monthly. They would rather own a little per month than to enjoy to write it off.

My son be hospitalized three times in olden times 12 months. His total bills exceeded $60k. They wanted us to set up a transfer of funds plan for around $300 per month. I offered $50 per month and they accepted.
$581 per month times 24 months is 17% of $82,000. That is certainly low. Most insurance requires you to pay at least possible 20%.
