Are you discussion about private robustness insurance? As far as I know our hospital here in the Lombardy region take American insurance ...no distinction. However, they do take precision of anybody regardless of nationality.

The term "non-moving" is a court term that should not be taken literally. I believe that he meant that because you be less than 10 mph over the put a ceiling on, it is more like lacking hair tires or a broken headlight than a major defilement.
