Health insurance and step children?

While I was satisfying out forms to change my husbands insurance coverage to include me and my oldest children I notice that they charge an extra $73.04 for 2 step-children. They are not considered regular dependants. I was the parent who carried insurance but when we moved to Wisconsin that changed and my ex-husband in a minute has to convey insurance as part of his child support court direct. We have be here for just give or take a few 2 yrs and he has not have any insurance at all even so. The child support that he is ordered to pay per week by a hair`s breadth covers the new insurance amount we will be paying departing only $3/week. They integer his child support as a portion of all critical bills which $3 will not cover anything. Can I take him subsidise to court and raise the child support to cover the extra insurance cost since he is ordered to convey the health insurance or is this a moment ago another thing that he can simply get away beside not paying?

Answers: You need to contact the style guru that ordered the heath exactness to be payed buy him. Once the judge know that he is not in compliance beside his orders he should issue a warrant and once again relay him to pay. Hopefully you won't even hold to appear in court for this.

FLORIDA: where on earth do I find cheap auto insurance..?

in the state of Florida?

Answers: not sure lately call in the region of 5-10 agents and let them do it for you..
use internet for lead and then see at lowest possible one independent agent and one company agent [such as state farm].

different companies specialize in different types of drivers, so you own to shop around.
No one can definitively say "Go here it is the cheapest auto insurance company contained by Florida". There are too many variables that affect a rate. Your age, your driving copy, your credit score, where on earth you live are just a few.

Only opening to find out is to do some homework. Call an independent agent who represents more than one company. If that is not adequate go on splash at sites like Progressive, Geico, Esurance. If you honestly answer the question they can give you a quote that will be accurate to the penny.
Well, if you've tried 2-3 agents, and they're adjectives giving you quotes in one and the same ball park, that's what it is.

You can check beside local agents. I prefer independents, as they can quote more than one company at a time, and save you time.

But if you're looking for something UNDER MARKET COST, it's not going to come to pass.

And there's no short cut to shopping around.

House within piling - Gulf Front - do i really have need of flood insurance ?

My house in Port St. Joe is gulf front and is on pilings. If sea comes, it will pass through the pilings. The injury will be minimal as there is nought on that ground floor. The flood policy costs me $20,000. The water will never rise big enough to break the first floor. The only trash it can have is from Wind. What are the probability that the water will flatten the whole house ? Can anyone relief me decide if I should run flood policy or not. Thank you

Answers: Several questions:

1. Do you own a mortgage on the house, where the lender is requiring flood coverage?
2. Would it be devestating if something happen, and you DID lose the house?

Here I am, with a seaside house in Galveston, next to no flood insurance on it. Well, that's because it's a shack, paid for, and not worth the repairs I stipulation to put into it to make it insurable. But during Hurricane Rita, they be predicting the entire island would be 15 feet beneath water. Which is damn complex than MY pilings. But hey, it's not my main house, the lands is worth MUCH more than the house, there's no lender to squawk, and I wouldn't be financially devestated if a great storm washed the place away.

So that's what you enjoy to consider.
