Insurance Questions and Answers

Compulsory Insurance put somebody through the mill, related to 2008 see?

Can anyone explain to me how compulsory insurance makes sense? I hear that the current presidential candidate want to fix our countries problem of having uninsured by simply making it dishonest to no have insurance!! As I see it, that plan DOES NOT work for saloon insurance...think something like it, if you have a $1,000.00 sports car and pay 600.00 for 1/2 a year...youve already bought more than the attraction of the car contained by insurance! Its outrageous to consider what health insurance would be close to under a similar system, or am I missing something? I'd much fairly see a Canadian type system of government provided free coverage, unless I've misunderstood how canadians are insured? Someone assistance me out please!

Answers: Let me start by saying that commonly speaking, a $1,000 car can CAUSE as much weaken as a $50,000 car. Paying $600 for a six month policy would more than feasible be based on the Liability exposure. This funds that the insurance covers the damage you grounds, not the damage to your own vehicle.

Next, compulsory insurance may or may not facilitate because it WOULD make individuals who can afford insurance but choose not to have it and rely on the free programs to return with it. This would make it a short time easier for the companies to mitigate the cost of health caution to their Insureds which would eventually drive down the cost of insurance. Nothing in duration is free, I have not hear about what humane of system Canada has, but if specifically true, it is paid for next to taxes so would not be free.

Hope this answers your questions a bit.
The purpose of insurance is for individual or group to dissemble against catastrophic and unforeseen events. The insurer does that by consolidating funds from the broad population who takes up the insurance and payout to those who wishes it when the said events happened. For example, a individual might pay $200 a year for medical insurance. After several years, that person developed kidney problems and required dialysis that can total up to utter $50,000 every year for life. That medical cost may in receivership him, his family and his loved ones! I've see it happened! Of course, a majority may discharge the insurance premium for like 40 years and not have to claim. But it's the peace of mind and being responsible individual who loves himself and his loved ones.
The Canadian senate is doing the same article. They are consolidating funds through individual income taxes to defray medical cost for the population in the form of 'free' coverage.

Back to the vehicle insurance. You're not paying car insurance basically to insure your car. The insurance is to repay for the lost of lives and the damage to properties when you day-dreamed and crashed you motor into a crowded bus stop...you get my drift.
