Insurance Questions and Answers

My motor be rear-ended over a month ago. I get a check from other insurers insurance company.?

Can I keep the check. It be made out just within my name. I go to a repair shop nearly a month ago, and they said they would order parts, and telephone me to have me drop stale car I agreed, but when I get this check for 4,000.00 three weeks ago, I have be fighting near myself as to whether or not to get motor fixed. I own the vehicle and can live with the small amount of pull (mostly cosmetic). Am I obliged to the repair shop, even though it have been almost a month, and I havent hear anything from them. Will I have to pay envelope them anything for ordering parts, if they are looking for some money from me? What would you do?

Answers: You can preserve the money if you want since you own the car. There is nil unethical or wrong near that. People do it all the time.

With regard to prior answer. Any potential injury claim has definitely nothing to do beside the property damage. By signing past its sell-by date on your car you are NOT giving up any rights to a potential injury claim. Her warning is wrong.
well, no you are not obligated to receive car fixed. BUT, when you sign your nickname on the back of the check that releases the others insurance company from any and adjectives future claim to be made against the driver of the coup¨¦ that rearended you. If you are 110% sure your car is ok and you back/neck will enjoy no problems in the adjectives then sign and change the check. I know from experience that some back and d¨¦colletage injuries wont show up untill months, even years later. My hubby be in 3 reverse end accident, no physical injuries except the typical soreness/stiffness after such an event. That was 7 years ago and he have on at least 6 different occassions within the past 3 years have his lower back, and his nouns give him problems. He have had xrays and MRI's showing that here is a few disks in both collar and back that are herniated due to injury of some type, this according to the radiologist. I am 100 % sure it have to do with the accident he was involved surrounded by. So my advice to you is, be more that absolutly sure you are ok until that time signing the back of the check. Good luck

How does one travel just about getting Business Insurance (state of Ohio, City of Hamilton)>?

My wife is going to be starting a Psychology private Practice LLC in the state of Ohio, Butler County, city of Hamilton. She have already obtained malpractice insurance, but she also requests business insurance. So, my questions are:
Does the Agent that sell me my homeowners and car insurance put on the market business insurance as well, or is in attendance a specialized Agent we will need to contact?
Are nearby any Web price comparison/online Application sites that can be used for business insurance?

Answers from anyone with knowhow on the subject is appreciated!

Answers: It's possible you current "all purpose" agent can serve you but you really would benefit by getting an agent experienced in the advanced business market. The average agent may run across two or three of this kind of situation a year. The specially trained and focused agent commonly handles hundreds of these. Kind of similar to choosing which level of experience you want for your surgeon. Look for the credential of any ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) behind their baptize. This kind of business insurance is a pretty diminish and sophisticated market so I know of no internet sites where on earth you can go. You can however do a turn out for qualified insurance agents in your nouns. Even a new clueless agent can procure help and muddle through this but if you can catch a pro, I would. Good luck with the investigational practice.
I was a business administrator for a small specialty dental practice surrounded by Sharonville before I moved to NKY and we used to enjoy our Business Insurance, as well as the docs motor insurance and so forth through Clark Theders Insurance Agency. They are local company and I had no problems beside them whatsoever. In fact, I would recommend them to anyone because they be always so positive and knowledgeable. They are deeply good in the region of with medical type of practices from small to growing practices.

They are in actuality located in West Chester. Their phone number is 513-779-2800 and their pattern site is ctia.com.

However, if you are well established near another company I would call them and see if they enjoy business insurance, I believe most do.

Good Luck!
One goes to a local, independent agent for quotes. Most agents who trade home and car insurance, can also market business insurance - but a few don't. So you'll have to ask that entity.

Business insurance generally cannot be quoted on strip - at least, I've never see or heard of it. That's because it's not as standardized as auto and home, and here are a lot more "ifs" and "buts", so it roughly takes a conversation next to an agent.
Just call a local agent. Tell them you requirement Business Liability;-)
