What features of condition insurance plans do college and professional sports team grasp?
Do the athletes themselves have to receive copayments and such as that for their own surgeries, doctor visits, etc. similar to the rest of us do?What about the coaches? Is it impossible to tell apart for them? If I can get some answers from anyone who have worked with form insurance, good!
Answers: I worked for a ample insurance company that happened to provide benefits to 2 NFL team and 1 MLB team.
However, the players themselves be not covered by the "team" policy - I think that the NFL player's federation coordinates the benefit plan for the actual players and their families. (like how other massive unions coordinate benefit plans for confederation members)
The coverage we provided was for workforce of the organizations who would not own been member of the players union, and also - surrounded by the case of the baseball troop - the minor league players. But, in standard, the sports teams that we covered (minus the players) have better than average benefits, compared to some of the other companies who had coverage through us.
I'd suspect that the players enjoy pretty good coverage too, because brief performance is so closely related to their strength.
Professional athletes can't get a strength insurance policy. Too many injuries. They're usually any self insured, or have "benefits" provided by the squad owner.
School athletes will have robustness insurance through their parents policies through the employers - or can buy into the group athletic twist of fate policy at the school.
Coaches are body - covered by workers comp, for their injuries that are work related (like getting tackled by a player). They'd hold a health policy similar to everyone else's.
Can a 17 yr older sign an insurance contract surrounded by nc?
my 17 yr old daughter get her own ins. on my car lacking me knowing and now found out she have to pay 260 a month is she legaly responsible to be held within this contractAnswers: well first rotten i am wondering how she took out a policy on YOUR car. you cannot insure somethign you dont own, so unless that sports car is in her signature, she cant insure it. i would go to her company or agent and agree to them know that the car is not titled to her and she is simply 17. she cannot enter a binding contract until she is 18. im not sure who she went through, but i sure wouldn't use them again!
No she is a minor and it will not be a valid contract
How can I find out the value of a life insurance policy dated back to 1957 on my mother?
Answers: Unless you are the policy owner, the executor of her estate, or have power of attorney over her, you can't.
