A dentist organization is trying to form me wage the bill after the receptionist told me TWICE they clutch my insurance

and they don't. She gave me the wrong answer, misled me into taking an appointment and rushed me contained by to see the doctor without nourishing my new patient's forms. I would own never set feet surrounded by that office have she said they don't take my insurance. Is she responsable for misleading me? Besides attorneys, who shall I turn to to shelter my case?

Answers: Yep, she give you the wrong answer. It's not her problem, it's YOURS. Ultimately, it's YOUR responsibility to call your insurance company, to see if the provider is on THEIR account, for the date of service.

She's not responsible. It's not her problem. You have no defense - they provided a service, you didn't verify near your insurance company in finance, you need to pay packet for the service. Not knowing it's your responsibility, doesn't change the reality that it's your responsibility.

It's your responsibility for doctors, too. So now you know. If you don't hail as the insurance company to make sure they're within network, EVERY TIME, you're taking a providence that something isn't going to be covered.
It's YOUR problem, not the dentist's. The dentist performed the services requested. It's YOUR responsibility to check next to your insurer to see who takes what. Pay the dentist, and subsequent time, do your job and check beside your insurer to see which dentists are on your approved provider list.

Is there any life insurance companies that sells policies to prison inmates?

Answers: No, you need to be out of prison and off parole before you can get an underwritten policy. Risks to mortality include shanking and hepatitis, among other things.

You may be able to find a guaranteed issue policy at a substantially higher premium, depending on your state of residence. Companies include Presidential, Cotton States, Penn Treaty, etc.
How would they even know if you are in prison? Why would they even care. As long as you can pay the premiums. That's all that matters.

Good luck.
It depends on the benefit dollar amount of the policy and the carrier itself. Some insurance carriers will allow you to purchase a policy without taking any exams. However, they will only do this for policies under $50,000-$100,000. Also, you may want to be honest with the agent you work with. There may be an exclusion in the policy for someone who is incarcerated. It may be a good thing to know before you purchase a policy, if they will insure someone who is in prison.

Furnace wishes replacing, will homeowner's insurance cover it?

My mother in law's furnace go out the coldest day of the year, will homeowner's insurance cover the 3200$ + it will cost to replace it? State Farm is the insurer.

Answers: Sorry; it won't. The furnace have to be damaged as a result of a covered peril. Wear and gash is not covered under your policy. I am surrounded by the same predicament. I will requirement a new furnace inside a year according to my oil company. What a horrible expense!
No, that's a keep item. Mechanical breakdown is not covered.

Part of owning a house, includes maintaining it - replacing stuff as it get old, breaks down, and wear out.
If it went out because it is a short time ago too old to work, afterwards insurance won't cover it.

(State Farm fights every claim anyways.)

Good luck.
No. However, how behind the times is it? It MIGHT have some warranty go left on it which could result within a discount on a new one.
If not, later see if you can get the most gusto efficient model so that here could be a tax credit for that which will backing with the sting.
She might also qualify for a senior citizen discount (many places articulate senior is 55 and up).
Call around and see if something like that works. I've also see deals (was AC but I live surrounded by the desert) where Home Depot give qualified folks 12 months NO interest charge and to pay the bill off--that help as well. HOWEVER you must be capable of pay surrounded by full on time or you'll owe interest and it will be awful rate of interest.
Good luck.
(Oh and NO homeowner's would cover this. Nothing to do with State Farm.
You might consider a home warranty program approaching American Home Shield. It's NOT insurance per se, but they will send a qualified entity out for $55 AND if there is a minor problem (broken thermostat, fuse, etc.) will probably end up repairing for no charge. If it simply wore out--old age--or was NOT maintain correctly they won't cover that. No one would--you invalidate warranties later too.)
It depends on what caused the furnace to walk out.

If it went out because it's infirm - then no. Homeowners insurance will not reimburse.

If it went out because it be struck by lighting - then depending on your policy, in attendance may be coverage.
