Insurance Questions and Answers

What is a "epistle of credible coverage" surrounded by jargon of strength insurance?

I want some temporary vigour insurance till I can get employment. For some one who is 25 and does not enjoy any health issues, body mass index of 20 I be told catastrophic coverage is best when paying for health insurance on your own. I am within Florida, U.S. Some plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield own a premium of about 140/per month beside a 1500$ deductible as indicated below.
BlueOptions
Predictable Cost
Plan 3
Family physician copayment plan
No deductible for in-network well watchfulness
0% Coinsurance for in-network services
Plan Type: Predictable Cost
Deductible: $1,500/ $4,500
Copay: Family Physician: $25 copayment Specialist: $45 copayment
Coinsurance: 0%
Out-of-Pocket: $1,500 / $4,500
Other plan has a premium of 19/month near less features.
If I choose the plan which is 19/month I be told when I get employed my employer's vigour insurance will not consider my 19/month plan to be credible coverage. What does that mean? Can anyone please clarify?
Thanks

Answers: You be in motion buy your medical insurance policy from a local agent, telling them you want a plan that will work as credible coverage.

That notification means, you've have comprehensive coverage from X date until Y date, with no lapse. I'm trying to have an idea that of a reason why a BCBS plan near a $1500 deductible would NOT qualify for credible coverage, but it must have something to do next to the plan. I have no belief what "predictable cost" means.
The plan specifically creditable (not credible) must be:
Group Plan (employer or state/federal coverage),
Individual Plan, or Military.

Benefits must include:
Inpatient Hospital Care, Outpatient Hospital Care, Physician Services, or Lab and X-Ray Services.

When you sign up for your new insurance beside your new employer, nearby could be a waiting period for coverage of a pre-existing condition. Your "creditable" insurance would be counted toward that waiting term. EG:You have a creditable insurance for 12 months. You sign up near a new employer and own a 12 month waiting period for asthma. Your creditable coverage would effectively count toward this waiting term and afford you coverage right away with the unknown carrier.

However, if you are fit and have no pre-existing conditions, do not see a physician on a regular reason and only looked-for coverage for accidents or castastrophic conditions, it would not necessarily brand sense to have a creditable insurance if the premiums are glorious.

Small Business Insurance - TX?

Looking to start a small computer gaming location. with roughly speaking 35,000 in electronics plus in the region of 29,000 in furniture and what not. What type of policy should i get? and what would be a bubble park monthly rate for such.

I'm more consecrating about the cost than anything. so some numbers would be more usaful than anything else.

Answers: OK, you're going to requirement liability coverage for your landlord, you'll inevitability property coverage, you might want workers comp (it's not mandatory in TX, but you STILL enjoy to pay any medical bills and lost wages for an injured employee). Depending on your location, you might inevitability seperate policies for wind (hurricane) and flood pull to your stuff, especially if you're borrowing the money for it.

You are not going to be able to buy this next to monthly payments, for a startup business - you'll have to income in full for the first year. You inevitability to budget $5,000 for the insurance costs on this - including the wind & flood. If you own the building, it will be greatly more, depending on how big the building is. Or what the landlord requires you to pass.

What company did you be in motion through for short occupancy disability MATERNITY LEAVE?

I need proposal from those who have gotten a SHORT TERM DISABILITY plan to back cover their maternity donate period! Has anyone tried OTHER PLANS besides AFLAC? AFLAC supposedly pays 55% of income while on walk off, so I am making a total profit, even after paying premiums- Too good to elapse up.

No matter how prepared we are or how much my hubby and I hold saved, how can we resist the opportunity to find at least 55% of my income while stale on maternity vacate?

Ii'm cool with the 55%, but would resembling to know if there are any lower premium rates out within, than what AFLAC offers and interested contained by WHAT OTHER COMPANIES offer this.

Thanks!

Answers: There are abundant companies that offer you short residence disability with better than 55%; however, you must enjoy the policy in force back you need it (before you become pregnant). Also, you are allowed to hold more than one policy, just not next to the same company. I am not at independence to tell you on this site who offer the plans you seek, because I deal in these plans and advertising is disallowed.
I've never had it. I've never worked for an employer that have it.

You're NOT making a total profit after premiums, because you effectively have to salary into it for at LEAST 18 months before you can collect.

Your biggest alternative is to just rescue up for the time off.
