Where can I gain model airplane club insurance? What to look for?
Where what to search for? We dont want to use AMA.Answers: Well, you LOOK for an independent agent, who can find a company feeling like to take you. You're not going to own a whole lot of choices, and it's going to be to some extent more expensive than if you went through AMA.
I would appear to me that 60 would be a convenience for you. The only method to get it smaller amount is probably if you were added as an added insured to a master policy. You would need to sign on near a clubs policy. Most General Liability policies start at 300. I would question other member in your club to find the answer you are looking for. I don't consider you will find it from an independent insurance agent
Flexible Spending Account?
I had elected to contribute $1200 to my FSA acct. which be effective from 1/1/08-12/31/08. Employer made speculation in my 1st paycheck of the year (this check be paid to me on 01/10/08 for the money period 12/16/07-12/31/07). But I quit my commission on 1/12/08. I am expecting a paycheck on 1/20/07 for the pay spell 1/1/08-1/15/08. So,i) What will happen if I verbs to contribute to FSA? Will I get the export tax benefit?
ii) If I choose not to continue contribution afterwards would the employer make the FSA speculation in my upcoming paycheck also? They kind the check out only on 1/20/08 (for discharge period 1/1/08-1/15/08) but I quit on 01/12/08 so by the time they engender the check they already know I'm not in employment. Or would they pro-rate the conclusion for 1/1/08-1/12/08?
iii) If I don't continue to contribute afterwards which date is the last sunshine before which I should enjoy incurred expenses to claim my money - last hours of daylight of my employment (1/12/08) or last morning of the pay length (1/15/08) or paycheck (1/20/08)?
Answers: 1) You cannot contribute any more money to this FSA.
ii) Since you agreed to have $x taken out of respectively paycheck, there will be another $x taken out on the final paycheck.
iii) To be eligible for reimbursement, the expense have to be incurred while you were a covered member of staff. That ended at midnight on 1/8/2008.
A lot of ifs here. Contact your human resources department and hold them walk you through everything to be precise going on. Even though you no longer work there, it is still nearby responsibility to help you near this.
Good Luck
Your prior employer will likely purloin the full amount of your FSA deduction since they are rightfully entitled to do so.
You do not have the leeway to continued participation surrounded by a company's flexible spending account plan since it is officially, by tax code, a condition insurance plan and you are no longer an employee.
You do, however, hold rights to the entire $1200 you elected to contribute even through you have made just two "payments" or paycheck deductions into your FSA. The time contained by which you have to incur eligible charges is questionable. However, if you hold a paycheck dated 1/20/08, with an FSA assumption, I would claim any eligible health nurture expenses incurred from 1/1/08 through 1/20/08 are eligible for reimbursement up to $1200.
