This is private information. It's not your business. If you can't remember, and you really ARE John TAylor, look in your checkbook to see who you rewarded.
whoever his insurance is, they are NOT required to take a claim from you!! So move about through your own insurer.
Our home ins co is dropping us for making "too many" claims (3) over the last 5 yrs..How do I find a new one?
Answers: Open the phone book - look under insurance. Call or walk into any of the offices of agents listed in the phone book.
You go to your AGENT, assuming you have an independent agent. If not, you're going to have to get an independent agent.
You're going to have to make some changes. First of all, you're going to have to 'take steps' to be sure those claims were all freaky things, or that they won't happen again. Repair everything that needs fixed, replace roofs, cut down trees, whatever it takes. Also, I'd strongly suggest taking a really high deductible - either $1,000 if at least two of the claims were under that amount, or $5,000, if they weren't.
Finally, understand that it's likely you're not going to have as good coverage, AND, your probably going to pay about 3X what you were paying for coverage.
If you can't find an agent willing to take you, even with that massive deductible, go to this website: www.foremost.com they do specialize in writing high claim policies - but they're going to do what I said - raise your deductible high enough, and make sure that whatever happened before is pretty unlikely to happen again (meaning, make you fix it right). It's not a standard policy, it's not as broad as a homeowners, and it will cost a WAY LOT more. So it's really a last resort.
