In California send for 916-657-7780 you will get a busy signal swing up and call rear legs until you get a ring usually take 10-15 trys just hang on to hitting redial until you get into cue. Give them your license # and they will support you on the specifics of your license - every case is different

I am within College does my dad own to claim me to remain onhis Health Insurance Plan.?

I am 21 and currently in college full time, if i claim myself on this years taxes will my dad's insurance company drop me.

Answers: No, the insurance company doesn't thought about taxes. As long as you are surrounded by college full time you can stay on your dad's plan. However, most plans have a maximum age.
You will own to get a copy of the plan rules. Most insurance plans verbs to cover dependant children who are attending full time post secondary school. When you say that you will "claim yourself", are you axiom that your income is significant, or that you worked a little cut time?
If it is part time work-most plans will consider you as a depedant and cover you. However, if your income is greater than $10,000-most plans will credible exclude you as a dependant.
So ask your father to get a copy of the benefit pack, and the definition of "dependant" will be spelled out very clearly.
Insurance dependents own NOTHING to do with tariff dependents.

In order to be on your dad's insurance, you hold to be a full time student, keep his address as your everlasting residence address, and have his approval.
Your dad needs to check his policy/Summary Plan Document. The eligibility article will state the definition of an "eligible dependent" - if your dad has to claim you surrounded by order for you to remain eligible, it will specifically state it within the definition of eligible dependents.

Despite what other answerers have said, it *is* possible that an employer could require a dependent to be claimed on the taxes to remain eligible for coverage. But it have to specifically state in the policy that its a requirement.

(I work on dependent eligibility audits and own had to remove dependents for not mortal claimed on taxes before.)

Where can I buy a Non Owner Auto Insurance Policy online in NY?

Answers: I don't think you'll be able to buy this policy online at all.

The application is going to have to be submitted to the state assigned risk pool, and they're pretty fussy about paper applications, not electronic ones. You're going to need to visit an agent.

Sorry.
The easiest way is through an independent agent. You can buy coverage from the Assigned risk plan for a minimal amount. I think up to 25 employees runs you about $200/yr these days. I think its available up to 500 employees for less then $500/yr. good luck!
