Term Insurance Cancelled?
Ins co cancelled policy. What can I do to reinstate.I have be paying on this term policy for 10 years (20 yr policy). I discharge each quarter - ALWAYS ON TIME. However, they said that contribution was received a few days chronological there cut rotten (it was). I called to ask what can be done and they said that I needed to reapply. Of course this will cost more.
How can I draw from them to reinstate the old policy?
Answers: This is a reasonably standard procedure.
If your policy premiums are late, customarily you have a grace term in which you can earnings and continue the policy beside no problems.
If you go previous that date, the policy is cancelled and you have to shift through a reinstatement process.
That process normally involves requalifying medically (new application papers, strange questions, modern medical tests) and a higher premium (because your reinstated policy premiums are usually base on your current age instead of the age at which the policy was issued.
You can appointment and argue your case, but the insurance mover is pretty much within its contractual rights to require this and I'm sorry to vote it's unlikely they will change their process.
The individual way to avoid this is to salary premiums on time. If you can show that the tardy premium was within some way not your show disapproval you may have more nouns in arguing the point, but even so, they'll probably still require a alien application, medical tests and superior premium.
You can't reinstate. There's a 30 day grace extent - the cutoff date. That means you didn't pay packet your payment anywhere NEAR prompt - it was due on utter, December 1st, they wouldn't cancel until Dec 31st. You SHOULD enjoy mailed the allowance Nov. 20th.
You have to requalify, rewrite, and achieve a new policy.
I'd suggest setting the foreign policy up with EFT payments, so this doesn't crop up again. I'd ALSO suggest, you can save some money by paying once a year, fairly than quarterly.
I love to work out these sort of things. I seem to be tremendously good at negotiate all kind of situations...especially when everyone else says it can't be done. I'm trying to email you, but I don't want my yahoo email to be public...as soon as I can, I'll email you and see if I can back you if you'd like.in the past you give up and reapply.
CAN I LEGALLY CASH MEDICAL INSURANCE CHECKS THAT WERE SENT TO ME TO PAY MY PROVIDER and do you have a website?
Answers: Sure you can, and then the provider is going to sue you for them if you don't pay them. And they'll win, and your wages will be garnished and they'll take everything you own.
sure you can cash them,it's your responsibility to pay the medical provider. if the check is made out to you,if made out to medical provider then no must be given to the office. a little word of advice they usually get paid one way or another. depends what you source of income is,if you work a steady job they will sue you and garnish a percentage of your pay each week,if you are social security then no they can not garnish a social security check, unless its the IRS or other high up gov.dept. it's nice to have that cash in your hand but in reality it's not yours and you may need that doctor's help again. as you know that they take a oath, Hee,Hee,Hee!
