Answers: No. If you don't buy the insurance, it's not covered for lay waste to.

I think you're confusing UPS beside USPS - United Parcel Service vs. United States Postal Service.
Domestically, there is no sort of claim that can be made for interrupt or loss unless Insurance is purchased. The exception is Express Mail which has the usual $100 of coverage included.

International Mail is a different entity. First Class Mail Int'l can not be insured through USPS, and there is no other form of coverage.

Priority Mail International can be insured, and have a built in Indemnity coverage against loss or injure, that is base on the weight. The exception is the Flat Rate Envelope, no Insurance available and none included.

The International Express Mail services hold the first $100 of Insurance built in, and extra Insurance may be purchased. There is a different rate scale for Merchandise Insurance though.

I hold a PPI policy on a personal loan and.....?

I have be claiming on it for a while now. At first I claimed because I be made redundant. I got another work after several months and on my first day posterior I became unwell. I was not long diagnosed as having MS and so I contacted the insurer and be told that I'm not covered for disability and that it's classed as illness and payments would stop after twelve months. The loan is near Northern Rock and was taken out over the phone I be offered PPI and took their top level of cover. Was I missold this policy as I'm very soon out of work permanently and they will not payment?

Answers: The FSA are taking a very impatient interest in the Dutch auction of PPI policies at the moment, because of fears that they have not be properly explained when they are sold. But, the only track to test this woudl be to product a complaint to the company. You may not necessarily be excluded from making this claim for mis-selling just because you've used cog of the benefit before. But it does nouns a bit tricky.

If you're unhappy kind your complaint. And if you're still unhappy you own the right of referral to the Financial Ombudsman service.
Firstly I am sorry to hear that bro,

Secondly it is sounding very much close to you were miss sold this policy. Most ppi policy's worth their saline should include critical illness cover. That would tight-fisted if you were suddenly incompetent to work your loans would be paid.

Second, did you sign the agreement?
I am no expert on this but my fiance works for the citizens counsel bureau and this kind of point is not uncommon so please don't acquire stressed about it. Make your path down to your local CAB because I promise they will have a department for debt and unsuccessfully sold credit. It is a government funded project so it is in truth the dogs "(a)##$
