Unemployment?
can Teenagers get an dismissal check?Answers: If they qualify for benefits, sure.
Qualifications vary by state, but usually you own to have be fired without lead to or laid off from your employer, hold worked full time for at least 18 of yesteryear 24 months, and be available and looking for full time work.
Depends on what state you are in.
Yes - if you be employed at a job for at lowest 6 months that paid into dismissal insurance, and then become unemployed due to something out of your control (ie, get fired, laid off, etc). The age of the personality filing for the laying-off insurance should not be an issue.
No - you cant just run to unemployment and ask for a check if you hold never worked. It doesnt work like that.
How can I speed up insurance claim processing?
My family and I are trying to find an appropriate residential treatment facility for my sister (who suffers from bipolar disorder and substance abuse). One of the services we spoke with accept insurance but informed us that since this can be considered a "pre-existing condition" and her insurance is relatively new (her husband not long switched jobs), there's an extended waiting process of possibly 6 months.
Is there anything we can do to speed up the claim processing? Insurance provider is bluecross of ca.
Answers: You should call for the insurance company and confirm
And while you're at it, you'll want to specifically ask whether her policy covers residential treatment facilities. Most policies don't. (Every insurance company may enjoy a rare plan or two that covers it, if the employer chooses to incorporate it to their contract. But its not typically a "standard" benefit.)
Doesn't matter if the residential treatment facility is predisposed to accept insurance, if your sister's policy specifically excludes coverage for it.
Good luck.
If she have had coverage beside no lapse when he changed jobs it should not be treated as a pre existing condition.
Additionally, if she have never been diagnosed near these conditions before, it can be argued it isn't a preexisting condition.
Call the insurance holder with the ID# from her card and the group mark or number. Ask them to review her coverage relative to her condition.
You also need to be aware that oodles plans have significantly reduced benefits for psychiatric/substance foul language treatment so be sure you know what the policy limits are and how much coinsurance is involved.
I know this is a difficult time for the household, but don't rely on third hand information it is too costly, both financially and emotionally.
Good luck to you adjectives
Yes, don't talk to the facility - settle to the insurance company. Call the number on the back of her card. Ask if at hand are mental health benefits, and if there's coverage. Ask the doctor to see if the benefits can be "pre-certified". You're probably going to spend a large amount of time on the phone, but you should have an answer pretty vigorously.
If there is a pre-existing condition issue, the waiting time of year before she can be covered is potential going to be 18 months.
Has anyone have business beside ALLSUP human being hired through their long occupancy disability policy??
Hi,im wondering if anyone has have a long term disability policy and after THEY hire ALLSUP on their own to help next to your social security disability cases.
When you are approved and long occupancy disability wants a chunk of your subsidise pay do they endow with money to allsup?? have they be able to ''attach'' your subsidise pay so they adjectives get their cut up to that time you even get your ssd support pay deposited or a check written out to you from SSD??
I get a letter from my LTD provider truism they want a release filled out by me so that SSD can/will pass info regardling your case to both the long occupancy disability insurance company and also allsup...but im wondering that once this is done if they can attach your pay since u even see it or if they give it to you (SSD dispense it to you either via check or direct deposit) and THEN you provide what they are requesting to the long term provider and later you get rest.
im of late wondering because i am planning on doing negotiations.
Answers: Yes, this is a third deputation they contract out to.
If you don't sign the release, they terminate your disability payments, because you aren't cooperating. If you do sign it, they'll attach your payments.
Yes, they'll attach it beforehand you see it.
Negotiation isn't going to work. They're entitled to it, one way or the other. The other is, they discontinue your benefits, and sue you within court for violating the policy vocabulary - then they'll attach your house, or your sandbank account, or your import tax refund, or anything they can attach.
