Transfer Resident P&C License from VA to IL?
My cousin lives in Virginia and desires to get her P&C license right immediately. She is planning on moving to Illinois within a few years. I believe she can write to the Department of Insurance of IL and submit a allowance, but I'm not sure.Anyone know how this works?
I should know this, as it was on the P&C trial that I took a few months ago but I've forgotten most of what I learned from that class!

Answers: She can go and get her P&C license now contained by VA. Then, once she moves, she has to notify VA Dept of Insurance, near is a number of days she have to do this. They will cancel her VA license. When she get to IL, she will need to contact the Dept of Insurance at hand & find out their requirements. When I moved to a different state, I had to rob only the Law & Ethics portion of the state examination in the foreign state (50 questions instead of the regular 100 questions) because the prime rules of insurance are the same from state to state & the ISO forms are one and the same. On the law & nouns section you would enjoy to know the state specific forms, the number of days for cancellation & nonrenewal, days to notify the State of change to your situation (name change, address amendment, etc), things like that. Once she pass the test contained by IL, she would have to reward the fees to the State to have her license.

it depends on the state. if they are reciprocal states adjectives she has to do is seize a letter of clearance from VA and consequently fill out an app contained by IL, pay the levy, and then submit beside the letter of clearance. i have to do this when i moved from NC to SD and back again. VERY flowing. you can contact the IL insurance dept and they can tell you exactly what she wants to do.
Suing an insurance company?
do i wait to take my insurance company's co-pay back (from the person's insurance company that hit me) or do i basically let the attorney take it as part of the settlement?i'm not sure what is the correct piece to do. if i get the co-pay hindmost now will it diminution my settlement amount?

That one said I would not cash any check you might receive to reimburse a copay. By cashing the check you might unknowingly be consenting to a settlement.

OK, your policy salaried you, and they are "subrogating" to get your deductible posterior from the other guy.
Once you let your company clear your collision, you give them the right to sue the other guy. Their insurance isn't going to pay packet TWICE, once to you and once to your insurance company. If your lawyer get the money first, you then entail to use it to reimburse your insurance company!
You already have a legal representative. They'll handle this. And, they'll explain it to you.
If you are represented by an attorney, you should be dealing near him/her. It sounds as if you have a imminent bodily injury claim in amalgamation to the collision loss. Once your collision loss was resolved, your insurance company subrogated against the other delivery service. If the two companies cannot resolve the matter, they will feasible file arbitration and a panel will resolve the matter(different venues/different rules). If your insurer recover your deductible, they will return it to you.

I am trying to find out if there is any company out in that that offers a great insurance program to its human resources.. I would need medical for myself, husband, and small child at the lowest cost possible. If the monthly premium is $300 or underneath that would fit our budget -- is there one out nearby if so what company so I can try to apply?Answers: You want a job at a public conservatory - all within all, they hold the best benefits packages with the lowest cost to the hand.

I agree near mbrcatz, public school systems as okay as unions do contribute excellent benefit packages with little to no accomplice contribution. However, I have never have to pay even close to $300/mo. for benefits anywhere! I enjoy always worked for full-size companies though. I would assume that the smaller the company, the higher the accomplice contribution, as they do not receive a large group premium discount.
