Answers: www.dictionary.com . . .will define words for you.
Well , In case you want to cover some risk then you pay an underwriter some sum as premium . In case nothing goes wrong your money goes to Under writer But just in case you experience some casulaity for which you are insured you get the Payment promised.
Medical Insurence - For medical related issue
Life Insurence - For life related
Insurance is risk sharing.

Everyone puts money in the pot (premiums) and they are there when someone has a loss. Not everyone will bet back what they have put in and some will get back more than they started with. First form of insurance was started with the Chinese. Realizing that if they sent 5 boats down river 3 would make it to the destination. The England started having people pay for the payloads that were sent to America. If the ship made it they got some of there money back but it didn't the owner of the payload was reimbursed for his losses.
Human life is subject to various risks. Risk has the element of unpredictability. Death/disability or property loss/damage could occur at anytime. Losses can be mitigated through insurance.

Insurance is a commodity which offers protection against various contingencies. An insurance contract promises to make good to the insured a certain sum in consideration for a payment in the form of premium from the insured.

What is it goohar?

No honest, because it sounds like a tripe word.

How do I recompense for my medical expenses previously I settle?

I was surrounded by a bicycle accident roughly speaking two months ago. I was riding my bike and some fool plowed right into me. The accident be 100% his fault. I sustained a hairline fracture of my disappeared arm. The other guy's insurance company is pressuring me settle, but I don't want to yet because the bills are still coming surrounded by and I won't know the final cost until I receive all the bills. Also I hold a pain surrounded by my knee since the misfortune that still won't go away. So I still obligation to seek medical direction on that too. In the meantime, how do I pay these giant medical bills that keep coming contained by. I do have some stash, but it's quickly starting to run out. So how do I earnings for this when my savings run dry (if that happens)? Do I nick out a loan to pay for it? Do I merely pay beside a credit card and just payment the minimum each month and expect the insurance company to settle up all of the interest charges? I really am within a bind here. Any information you guys could give me would be greatly much appreciated. Thank You

Answers: You will have to cut into stash, or make a settlement plan. I would NOT borrow money to pay this. Why income interest on top of the debt? Doesn't spawn sense. Credit cards ARE borrowing money.

The insruance company will NOT be liable - or the guy who hit you - for any INTEREST payments. You're on your own for that.

Keep in mind, the insurance company is NEVER going to wage you more than the guy's policy limit.
are you contained by America??

most medical people are impressively used to receiving grant as much as 90 days after they serve you. Medicare rarely pays anything contained by less than 45 days.

so what you do is convey the medical people that you are awaiting a final bill from adjectives your providers, and then the other guys' insurance will settle them adjectives.

and, don't pay surrounded by the meantime.

next, the insurance company. communicate them that the settlement terms you are looking for include them paying adjectives of your medical bills from this, plus compensation for lost work time [or lost school time], plus something for misery and suffering. [And for your bike.] Then ask them if they'd care to cause an offer along these lines?

do this contained by writing and request an offer surrounded by writing. [verbal offers aren't binding -- they seize into "he said/she said" arguments.]

at the very smallest, this will stall them for a while. which you need.

presently, have that knees seen to ... continuing strain might well be a torn ligament which will require arthroscopic surgery.
If you own health insurance, they MAY wages and then they WILL expect to be reimbursed on settlement.
If not, later you MAY want to get an attorney as I believe they will give somebody a lift care of this issue (either forward the money or more expected make it clear that the bills WILL be remunerated upon settlement and they're handling it). This WILL cost you money as they will take a portion (probably anywhere from 25-50%) of your settlement. So that's not necessarily dutiful.
You could see if you can negotiate a discount--self-pay or such and get the innovative bill AND the discounted one (which they would want paid ASAP).
You could enter into a return arrangement--make the initial payments as low as possible for obvious reason.
You need to capture ALL the medical care you obligation ASAP as you are right--you don't know what all will be run up and if you settle too soon you can be up a creek financially.
Even if you have to go next to projected ultimate costs, seize the things that hurt now at least possible tested so you have a clue what you're dealing next to because when you settle, that is it.
They will verbs to pressure you to settle for just this reason--the sooner they wages, the sooner their financial obligation is over.

I hold doubts you could force them to pay interest on a credit card (probably a HUGE percentage) or a loan, though a loan via a credit alliance or such should be a lot more average.

You likely are not going to draw from much from this (pain and suffering "get," is what I mean) so I'd enunciate:
get your medical thoroughness ASAP
negotiate for either a bill cut rate and/or a payment plan

Good luck.
::scratch head::

um...if this is a liability claim.do the medical providers know that?

You know they can setup a lien against your settlement and procure their bills paid out of that when you settle, right?

...and later they will stop harassing you in the parsimonious time. It really helps get hold of them off of your stern.

Also - did you have form insurance?! You can submit bills under your form insurance. Why haven't they paid them to date (if you hold health insurance)? (You are entitled to robustness insurance benefits regardless of who is at fault)

If you are still injured - you don't have to settle. Have you TOLD them that you still own unresolved injuries?

You have solutions save for those you mentioned in your question so....consider some other options.

Good luck. Hope you touch better soon.

Presumably, You don't have robustness insurance? Um, get a attorney?
