What is my recourse employer deduct $270 monthly for condition ins and did not reimburse premiums?
my employer (in Missouri) deducted premiums for my strength ins $270 monthly from mar 07 to present I just found out my policy be cancelled in oct for non expense of premiums. It was started again contained by dec 07, however besides being out 4 months of premiums I enjoy incured about $3800 contained by medical bills during the time it was not contained by force while I thought it was.
