Why am I(the spouse) not programmed on Aenta's online narrative for medical insurance?
My husband signed up for medical insurance through his place of employment in Dec. I own yet to receive any information, so I go online at aetna.com to register. Well, I was competent to register him. However, the list of covered member did not include me. So I tried to register using my own information and it said I was not authorized. It's already be taken out of his check, for him and myself. What could be the problem/?Answers: It could be that, because you are not the insured member, you don't hold any access to the online information.
Call the number on the back of his card and ask.
You stipulation to call Human Resources at your husband's employer or send for Aetna directly. You will need your husband's SSN and be prepared to listen to lots of elevator music.
