if you make small payments and work near them, even if they try to sue you, NO judge will side next to them

Auto insurance company that wishes me to clear upfront?

I need common information concerning car insurance complanies that pay envelope claims directly to the driver. They want me to absorb adjectives costs (repairs, rental, etc.) and then they will issue me a "reimbursement" check. I don't want reimbursed for something that their insured driver did to me. I lately want them to cover all costs associated next to the claim. What, if any, legal act can I take to enjoy the matter proceed contained by my favor?

Answers: File it through your ins co. You'll pay the reduce by but your ins will cover the costs and get reimbursement from the other ins co.

You'll want to research this some more.

Have a nice afternoon.
I have never hear of that...that is rotten. I'd be kickin and screamin unfolding them basically that you didn't do the defacement, their driver did and how the hell are you supposed to pay for their failing and then attain a check??
Have you called your insurance and told them this because the 2 of them are who should be battle this fued..not you personally. I be in an chance and only have to tell them yes it be my fault and the insurance handle everything else. Call your company first and see what you should do.
Above poster is correct, have your insurance company concordat with this.they will probably simply issue you a check asap
Choice #1, have your insurance company contract with it. Ask if within is a body shop that they work with. That is, you drop rotten your car, the inspect and remuneration the shop directly.

Choice #2. You get 3 estimates. They cut a check and you pilfer the car rear to that shop.

Hint, you must get your insurance company involved. I get hit once. I called the other insurance company and they first told me I couldn't wallet a claim until the guy who hit me called contained by and admitted he'd hit me; afterwards the guy told the insurance company that I'd agreed to let him rate me directly (I hadn't) so they stopped returning my calls. When my agent finally call them, they told him I'd obviously gotten the coup¨¦ repaired on my own already because it had be so long. My agent had me gain a fresh estimate and produced a check in days.
I haven't hear of this, for personal auto policies in the US. I'd STRONGLY suspect that this isn't a valid insurance policy - but a scam.

Obviously, it's not in your best interest to attain this type of policy.

BUT, you say "their insured driver". Hmm. I consider you posted this question beforehand, and I answered it before.

But I'll speak it again - the other person's insurance company has NO duty of biddable faith towards you. Legally, they aren't obligated to income ANYTHING until after the judge say they have to. They aren't obligated to "cover adjectives costs" associated with the claim, their liability is predetermined to state law and the policy restrictions.

Your legal management is going to be against the at fault driver - and it's going to be suing them. You enjoy no legal performance against the insurance company, it did NOT cause your damages, and it have no duty of good creed towards you.

When did we start calling insurance SALESMEN ...."financial advisors"?

I doubt most of them have any tuition beyond their employeers training in their products.

Is this mis-representation or what.

Answers: When did we start calling insurance SALESMEN ...."financial advisors"?

About alike time we started calling secretaries "administrative assistants".
In my country SA - we need to hold a degree later we need to work beneath supervision for three years and complete three post grad certificates one is opulence management, financial planning licence and lastly a Certified Financial Planner certificate (CFP). Further more we use sophisticated financial planning software we are registered and licensed next to both a Life Office, and Financial Services Board to provide advice we also fetch personal indemnity insurance as clients are allowed to sue for bad proposal.

We have to conduct a full financial wants analysis with a client and provide them near a full plan recommending products to meeting their needs. All products enjoy cooling off period and records of suggestion need to be kept on report.

So hope that clarifies the situation for you
I don't call myself a financial advisor OR an insurance saleman. Anyone adage one or the other has some self necessity issues going on or their company likes to provide formal titles to a profession that does not require it.

HOWEVER, insurance is a financial product (i.e. we hang on to you from going bankrupt if nearby is some sort of disaster). So, technically, there is no misrespresentation because insurance is a financial product.
not with the sole purpose do they sell insurance, but they assist you when you have question about if you're covered for something ect. they recommend you. like insurance mentors!
