is there any other form of low income insurance surrounded by south carolina besides medicaid? im 19 with a kid. i cant work because i do not have anyone to clutch care of the kid and cant afford daycare. i rely on my parents support. also i live with them. my babe-in-arms is on medicaid but i am no longer eligible because of my age and i am not disabled
