Insurance Questions and Answers

Life insurance request for information.?

can your family collect it if someone commits suicide. for instance, when i shoot myself surrounded by the head and die, will my kinfolk get anything for it? honest answers just.

Answers: I'm quite surprised at how tons people enjoy answered "absolutely not" to this interrogate. Actually, most policies have a two year suicide exclusion. After the two years, the benefit will be remunerated out. Refer to your policy. There should say something almost suicide in the exclusions.
Certainly not!
We surrounded by the life insurance trade hold been face with this scam heaps times, this is why we have introduced the modern micro dot system on all our policies, it clearly states that if any one dies (from anything cause) then the policy holder is held responsible unless the do of the third party can prove beyond adjectives doubt that the first party of the the second party forth wife was born on the planet Zog, contained by which case you will allow a full interplanetary investigation!
It's adjectives there contained by the small print!
No they won't. Imagine the line up of sick society willing to opt out that agency.

Good try though.

Then again, I suppose if you fork out enough money, anything is possible. (j/k - although the remarkably rich seem to hold enough money for right lawyers who can other wangle (b/s) their road out of anything for you).
It really depends on your state of mind when you purchase the policy. It you have attempted suicide contained by the past or are man treated for suicidal thoughts, the policy will not be issued. If, however, the policy is issued, almost every state has a two year suicide exclusion. That way that after the policy has be in force for two years, they will repay your beneficiary if you commit suicide.

What concerns me the most about your ask, however, is that you say "when" not "if" I shoot myself within the head. PLEASE, if you are thinking of hurting yourself, see someone for help out. Call the suicide help queue or go see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Your relations wants you MUCH, MUCH more than they want your existence insurance proceeds. I know it is hard, but try to judge of how it would impact your family. I've see surviving family member suffer for the rest of their lives because a loved one took their own life. Again, PLEASE parley to someone that can listen to you and help you grasp through whatever is bothering you.
In my experience surrounded by selling life insurance it depends on your policy. Most policies own exclusion period of 2 years. What that mode is if you commit suicide in the first 2 years of have they will not pay it out. Different companies hold different exclusions to read your policy details.

Also, from my experience, any time there is a release claim an investigation is done and they collect evidence that it is a legitimate claim and not an deed of fraud or illegal accomplishments. This is just something to put out in that, but if you are planning on committing suicide they may investigate it and if they find evidence that you did it to collect insurance for your family (for example if they read this thread or something similar), I can almost guarantee you that the claim will be decline as that would be an act of fraud. If you are serious around this make sure you read your policy and also, please generate sure that you seek councilling...no thing how bad it is, I'm correctly certain that suicide is not the answer.

Will I be considered a full time student if I started the semester near 12 credits and withdrawl from a class?

I go to academy and 12 credit hours is considered full time. I started the semester with 12 credit hours and if I renunciation from a class leaving me near 9 credits will I still be covered by my parents health insurance? When I sent my programme to the insurance company it said I was enrol in 12 credit hours. Thanks!

Answers: it depends on what the policy states--some state full time is 9+ hrs, some state it's 12+ hrs. technically--they can drop you if they find out, do you enjoy to send them proof at the cessation of the term that you completed the semester? if so, you're screwed.
Well, the insurance company wouldn't know if you changed from Full time to Part time unless you any told them or you got injuried and incured costly medical fees, contained by which case they may investigate. If they found out you be part time, they might not cover you. Part of it depends on how matured you are too. So I think it's a bit of a risk - why not in recent times replace the class you are removing with another 3 credit course? if that's no flawless and your insurance won't cover you, some schools you can buy greatly discounted insurance even if you're subdivision time.
