Car Accident short insurance?

A victim be hit by another driver (without car or personal insurance), but the driver who do the accident is on welfare and so does the coup¨¦ owner, can the victim still wallet a lawsuit against the driver (at fault)? The victim is currently injured.

What can the martyr claim against the driver and car owner while near are poor and got nought?

How long does these cases last? 6 months, 1 year

Answers: Anybody can folder a lawsuit against anyone for any reason. But in that is a old saw... "You can't get blood from a turnip". If the folks who hit the victim are on welfare, likelihood are there is no money to stir after in a lawsuit.
You can ALWAYS profile a lawsuit against the driver who caused you injuries, and the owner of the vehicle. You usually hold 2 years from the accident date, to directory suit.

When you win, you get a judgement. Then you enjoy to try to collect that judgement - and the people you are describing are effectively "judgement proof". In other words, you win the suit, but won't ever see a dime.

How long does a crust "last"? Depends - how long until you file suit? It's up to YOU.
If you folder suit and they are on welfare, you aren't going to get anything probably. Just be prepared.

My husband be hit by another driver that had no insurance, totaled our motor, and my husband had injuries.

You can (and should) wallet an uninsured motorist claim on your insurance and can collect what you would from the other party (including aching and suffering). You need to contact your insurance company rapidly to let them know you intend to wallet the uninsured motorist claim (this will pay for medical bills when your medical margins on your policy are exhausted) and then you can acquire the pain and suffering also.

There is a time contain to file the uninsured motorist claim near your company from the time the accident happen (usually 30-60 days) so do it immediately.

I would distinctly go this route and not suing the other delegation who has no money anyway. Trust me, my husband and I looked-for to take them to court too, but if they have no money for insurance, they don't have money for anything else any. Our person who hit us spent their money on drugs and alcohol.
I agree beside Shopgirl. Are you sure the owner of the vehicle does not have coverage? File an uninsured motorist claim against your own policy rapidly. Your carrier will still try to restore your health from the at-fault party. This will not increase your premium, or at most minuscule it should not. If for some reason you do not own coverage, you can pursue an uninsured claim against any household members policy - contained by most states.
