Insurance Questions and Answers

Which is the chiper insurance?

I want to buy a car but I can afford it beside the insurance. i'm 22 yeard old.

Answers: Typically, insurance rates will swing from State to State and can even vary by ZIPCODE! It also will depend on the type of car/truck, coverages, precincts of liability, and driving record. Some companies run credit score and MOST run a motor vehicle report and CLUE (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) report to see about undisclosed disaster involvement.

The best thing to do is hail as a LOCAL independent agent. Don't go across town, or to some other city - look for someone CLOSE. Just look within the phone book for the PIA or Big I (Trusted Choice) logos and you will find a professional licensed agent that will be able to back you solve your insurance problems, and give you rate comparisons of several different companies.

An independent insurance agent will customarily have a dozen different companies and if he cannot abet you, he should be networked near other local agents that can.

In my agency, we have companies that do NOT run a credit ranking and welcome drivers beside "less than perfect" driving accounts, and have companies that specialize surrounded by youthful and/or not long licensed drivers.

Most of the replies on this site say "dance to this on-line carrier or that on-line delivery service or that 1-800 number" but I'm sure that when you do, you will find some impersonal computer user with a script to work from and you won't know how to talk beside the same personality every time you have a problem!

Good luck, drive RESPONSIBLY and I hope this help!
Being 22 is not the worst case for buying insurance. A couple of things that can squirrel away you money are:
1. Being listed on someones policy or have 6 months of previous insurance
2. Having a clean driving story
3. Taking a defensive driving course and have a 3.0 or better GPA
4. Being Married, even if you are separated.

I would recommend getting a used vehicle that does not require full coverage (500/500 Comprehensive and Collision) and getting liability WITH Uninsured Motorist. Uninsured Motorist protects you from someone who hits you and has NO insurance of their own. 99% of the time, the price is like peas in a pod for basic liability w/ Uninsured Motorist regardless of the vehicle. DO NOT consent to them sell you insurance minus uninsured motorist, that is extremely meaningful to have.

Other than that, receive out the phonebook and call as masses places as you can find. Look for someone knowledgable, 24/7 claims if available, and don't settle! Also, don't haggle about the price, as they are set by the companies. Its alot different than going out a buying a sports car, these prices are fixed!

GOOD LUCK!

P.S. If you live in GA, FL, or AL, convey me a message as I am an insurance agent and would love to help!
You should shop around and capture quotes from different companies to compare against. A good passageway to find the best policy for you is to go to http://www.insureme.com/landing.aspx?Ref... A local agent will contact you and supply you information on the local companies and the policies that they offer contained by your area. This should be a great track to get started. Good luck!

What is a honest company for fitness instructor liability insurance?

I am a certified Pilates instructor, but taught individual at a rec center until recently so didn't have need of any insurance. I have an opportunity to instruct independently in 2 weeks and call for to purchase insurance quickly and cheaply, but don't want to be scammed. Who should I use --was told it should cost me around $150? Thanks!

Answers: Contact a local independent insurance agent and hold them research this for you. My experience with trying to insure anyone who coaches or trains within health and fitness tell me that the $150 would be more like a monthly rate (and that may be on the low side), if you can find someone to write it.

My motor be flipside finished 2 weeks ago(wasnt my fault)?

damage to my motor is estimated at 800 and my laptop which was contained by my trunk was broken to, its worth 900(theyre gonna pay envelope for its replacement). I had to be in motion to urgentcare right after the wreck for back dull pain and additional niggle to a hernia surgery i had a month and a partially before the wreck(the form belt caused massive preasure on the nouns resulting in lots of pain). Since next my doctor has sent me to physical psychotherapy but my back is getting worse and strain to my groin area where on earth i had my surgery have affected my sexual performance(very emotionaly damaging).

what kinda settlement is the insurance company gonna submission me? and by the way im contained by 18 year old masculine with no prior backbone injuries. i estimate final cost in medical bills to be between 2-4000

Answers: Don't forthwith get an attourney. More normally than not, they just slow the process down.

See what the Other insurance company is going to present first. Come back next to a counter offer.
If they forget about you, then you might stipulation to get a attorney.

Have you spoken with your own insurance agent? Part of your premium is so that they will be in motion to bat for you against another insurance company.
Talk to your own health insurance provider. They're going to want to grasp their money back from the other insurance company too.
The insurance company is other going to try to offer you as little as possible.. but it's adjectives negotiable.
I am not sure if you'll capture damages for your sexual performance, but it's probably worth chitchat to a lawyer if you're intending to try to receive more than just the acutal replacement and doctor costs.
If I be an adjuster (I'm not) and I heard this story, I would have a sneaking suspicion that that you are trying to put together a case for litigation.
I would wonder how so much bodily injury could materialize when there is greatly little damage to your motor. A minor rear shutting down accident would not probable cause your form belt to put "massive pressure" on the area of your hernia surgery. As your coup¨¦ was hit from trailing, you would have be forced back against the form, not forward into the seat belt.

I would extend to cover your auto repair, laptop replacement and your medical bills with zilch for "emotional damage".
Why did you not hire an attorney? Don't sign zilch till he assesses the damage exact he is gona sue the other insurance company for $250,000 and he gets to preserve half. Don't toy with this on your own -- your 18 and have no experience --- the attorney does...
