Medicaid and what they cover?
Does medicaid cover a place that is "surrounded by network" for medicaid but out of network for your first insurance? My first insurance will pay packet for out of network after a 1500.00 deductible is met. Will medicaid wage for that?
Answers: Medicaid will pay later after any other insurance as long as the provider accepts medicaid.
The provider will entail to bill the primary insurance for the denial or the EOB showing the amount was applied to the out of net deductible. Then bill medicaid for consideration of the charges.
It should. Before using the provider, however, I would get it approved by Medicaid and hold them tell you directly that it will be covered. Remember to grasp name and extension of the creature you speak with.

Dear boy, it is not the Indians who are offering you insurance, it is the insurance companies. It would be nice if you stopped making generalised and bigoted remarks. Indians are much superior to people like you.
In the state of Florida what is the return policy for a vehicle bought as is at a dealership?
I just bought a 98 Jeep Cherokee on Friday. Today I go to start it and it just make a clicking sound. Which could be the freestyle but if it's not and it's a bigger problem. Do I have a 30 year return policy? I paid 3,000 brass and owe 1,000 still on it. What are my rights? I can't really afford any major problems.Answers: All dealer are required by Federal law to post a "buyers guide" surrounded by the window of respectively vehicle offered for sale. The buyers guide notify the buyer that there is a warranty or that the vehicle is person sold "AS-IS" with no warranty of any helpful.
In the case of an "AS-IS" Dutch auction, once you drive the vehicle from the dealership, it belongs to you, despite any problems the vehicle may have. If the vehicle breaks down after merely a few minutes of leaving the dealership, the repairs are YOUR responsibility.
What did the buyers guide right to be heard...
