This Question deals next to columns to fill out on the proof of loss form.
They want to know:

Description -Make and Model of item
Age
Place of Purchase
Orig cost.
That is confident except in the armour of an item purchased USED.
Does age mean the time since the purchase?
Does age be a sign of the age of the item itself? (not always possible to know this)
Does AGE stingy the time of ownership or the age of the item if when purchased new by the ingenious purchaser?

Answers: They want to know the age of the item itself.

Think of it..I purchase a console tv from you for $50.00. The tv was originally built within 1980. However, I purchased the tv from you last year. There is a big difference between me putting 1 year (time I owned it) and 28 years (actual age of the item). I would put 28 years on the claim form. It's ok if you don't know the exact age - put your best estimate.
Age technique when purchased new.

What is "loss of use" in a homeowner's insurance quote?

Answers: Loss of use pays when there is a covered loss & you can no longer live in your home, whether totalled or a partial loss. This pays the DIFFERENCE between your normal monthly bills & the new monthly bills you have because you have to live elsewhere. Some bills probably will go away such as the cable, electric & landline phone bills. Other bills stay such as mortgage & taxes. If you have to drive extra to work, you may be able to be reimbursed some extra car expenses. So, say your normal bills are $1,000 per month. If you have to live elsewhere, your bills are now $1500, the company will pay the difference of $500. Also, if it is possible to pull in a trailer on your land while your house is being repaired, this could be an option too.
It means that the insurance will pay for temporary housing if you lose the use of your home. For example, if your house catches fire and you have to move out while repairs are made, they will pay for a temporary place.

I am looking for a flawless and reliable insurance company that will thieve someone beside a pre-existing condition.?

I realize that are alot of factors. I freshly want to know if anyone has have any experience in dealing near insurance companies and how well they be treated if they actually call for to use the insurance. Thanks.

Answers: I don't know many insurance carrier that will take someone on near pre-existing conditions unless you are enrolling contained by a employeer group policy (they have no choice but to lug you). Most likely when you apply for a fresh policy and they ask in the application if you own any pre-exisiting conditions then you will be rate which will make your policy premium sky high-ranking. A good place to look on the net is ehealthinsurance.com. Good luck!
In NJ no insurance company can deny you coverage if you have a pre-existing condition. BUT, you will hold a period of time that you will not be covered for that pernickety illness. In group robustness it is 6 months and with individual it is 1 year.
