Does anyone know of a virtuous accounting system for insurance agents?

I have an LIFE AND HEALTH insurance agency, I don't foot commission out, but I do receive them from several companies. I have tried to use Quickbooks but I can't numeral out how to record the commissions. I really would close to something that I could track the commissions as well as narrative them. There seems to be seriously of software for P & C agencies but not much for Life and Health. All your help is appreciated.


Answers: Have a look out for MYOB, it works much like as Quickbooks. They have several version out, hopefully something will suit your needs.

How to draw from insurance for my babe-in-arms?

I am 19 years old and 7 months pregnant. I live surrounded by New Jersey. I have insurance beneath my mom but it wont cover my baby. I've be to the department of health vigilance services and they said im only eligable for medicaid as a pregnant woman and until 60 year after child birth. I want to kno does anyone know how i can go going on for getting insurance after my 60 days are up.


Answers: I have medicaid as resourcefully, and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. It was below my mom then I go and filed it for myself as a pregnancy. After the toddler is born you'll need to re-file for yourself, and for the toddler and depending on your income you should be able to win it again. :)
You might want to ask your insurance company or the hospital maybe?

I am assuming you are referring to condition insurance. You will have to repay for a policy. There are no programs that I know of which will cover the mother after her preganancy medicaid has be terminated. You may want to look into a medical indeminity plan which will pay in no doubt amounts for certain procedures. At lowest this will be a start and they are fairly cheap. Or you can enroll surrounded by school beside enough classes to stay on your mothers plan. As far as the kid goes, check near the state. Just about respectively state has a funded plan for children who drought insurance.

My form insurance company, charges one rate for single and another for a couple. Any couple has their kids beneath 21 insured for free. I'm not sure of the rules for single parents. I would imagine within might be a reduced cost.

My suggestion is to start your own policy, that way your child/ren will be covered. While your beneath your mum, I dont think it will work. Your almost 21 anyway, so they wont cover you forever lower than a parent.

Opposite sex Domestic partner and insurance?

I am trying to recieve Aetna insurance through my job, they allow you to cover a same sex partner lower than domestic partner section but they dont allow you to cover the opposit sex unless you are married.shouldnt you be capable of cover a person of the opposit sex underneath the domestic partner section mortal that domestic partner isnt defined as always mortal the same sex...im freshly getting a little fustrated and confused ive be with my boyfriend for five years and I cant cover him lower than my insurance unless we get married but I can cover any woman lacking even having to prove if I know her.If anyone have any information on this, any loop holes please let me know.Thanks surrounded by advance for any abet.


Answers: If your employer has defined an eligible domestic partner solely as a same sex partner, then there's nought you can do. That's the eligibility criteria of your plan, and it is what it is.

There are no "loop holes." Either get married, or hold your boyfriend figure out a different opening to get coverage.

Also, I importantly doubt that you could provide coverage to "any woman without have to even prove that you know her." I review dependent eligibility criteria and conduct dependent audits for a living, and the vast majority of employer require documentation of a domestic partner relationship. (For example, signing a notarized affidavit attesting to the nature of your relationship to the domestic partner, proving that you reside at alike address, etc.) I'm sure that your employer has some similar special paperwork that anyone enrol a same sex domestic partner needs to complete - you may simply not be aware of it.
It sounds like the insurance company is trying to compensate for a poor quality in our officially recognized system. In most states, there is no permissible way to authorize partners of duplicate sex, however there is a legalized process to recognize partner of the same sex. As it stands immediately, that Aetna policy does have a more liberal definition towards same sex couples (no pun intended).

You speak "I can cover any woman without even have to prove if I know her", but you wouldn't. This problem could be solved if we had a system to furnish legal rights (and obligations) to same sex couples. Because of the financial obligation that come along with lawful partnering, within would be a disincentive for frivolous unions.

The singular solution to your current dilemma is to get married or find a group that allows in front of sex domestic partner coverage.

Not be group to a marriage or civil association recognized by New Jersey imperative or a member of a domestic partnership near another individual;

Not be related to each other by blood or affinity up to and including the fourth point of consanguinity(simply stated, individuals who are first cousins or more distantly related);
