Answers: You hold several options:

1) Enroll your children contained by the MD Children's Health Insurance Program. This is NOT Medical Assistance; the premiums vary according to a family's income. Here's the MD-CHIP pattern site: http://www.dhmh.state.md.us/mma/mchp/

2) Enroll your children in a private insurance plan. Here's a roll of insurers selling individual plans in Maryland: http://www.mdinsurance.state.md.us/sa/do...

3) If you are covered below your employer's group health insurance plan AND the plan covers dependents (not adjectives do), then MD imperative requires that your employer permit you to enroll your children immediately (instead of at open enrollment time). If the plan have a pre-existing condition exclusionary period, simply provide proof of your children's previous Medical Assistance coverage so down time they were covered can be credited against the pre-ex extent.
Does that medicaid include your state children's health insurance program? Their income guidelines are VERY laissez-faire. If you don't qualify for CHIPS, the best thing to do is draw from health coverage through your employer, or ask their father(s) to include them on to his policy.

WHat is the amount of time for an insurance company to follow?

There's no legal time cut back.

But you're NOT going to see anything, before they take a copy of the police report. Depending on your local police department, it could take a week, to five weeks, for them to attain a copy of that out.

If you're having problems, have a word to your AGENT, and ask them to intercede.
Each state has a canon requiring insurers to make claim determinations inside a set period of time after ALL prerequisite information has be received. Generally, this time period ranges from 30 to 45 days within most states. To find out your state's requirements, contact your insurance commissioner's office. If the insurer have exceeded the permitted time frame, you will be asked to file a written complaint.

In some instances, state directive requires that interest be paid on delayed claims.
To be party to the adjuster..have in that been any types of storms lately? In our bureau, the less urgent claims(like yours) own been put on the backburner because we have a storm come through last week where on earth we've gotten over 500 claims for our 6 county district. You never know what kinds of outside circumstances could be surrounding your claim, so be merciful!

In a week or two, if you haven't heard anything, phone up and talk to their claims organizer. If you approach them in a diplomatic passageway, you'll probably get your claim resolved sooner than you believe.

Answers: Sounds like the makings of a fruitless employment relationship. I would say you are out the $100 and you involve to find a different company. It sounds like the company is poorly organized or the executive doesn't do their job okay. Working for a bad principal as a trainee is worse than unemployment.

My guess is that the hiring firm have a slow internal process and no one know where things are at. That is a impossible sign.
No one on runeye.com can help you next to this. If they keep giving you the run around, consequently it might be a good belief to find another company to work with and kiss your $100 goodbye.

BTW, what happen to the truck driving job? Did you cram to read maps?
