At most minuscule some colleges have form insurance available to students at a fairly believable premium. You should check with your advisor at college.
You can also get some treatment through the university clinic if it have one. Unfortunately, you don't get free prescriptions and you won't hold a regular doctor. They are typically staffed by volunteer doctors. Also, any specialize treatment will still have to be referred out, so you stipulation insurance if that happens.
