Insurance Questions and Answers

I've lost my insurance and want to carry on my husbands insurance, but they vote I enjoy pre-existing conditions?

shouldn't his insurance cover me anyway

Answers: if he works for an employer & has group vigour coverage then you may be added on his insurance if its inwardly 63 days from the date you lost your insurance. You will need a licence of coverage (cofc) from your former ins company. You will probably need to submit your matrimonial certificate & your husband will necessitate to send those documents within when he enrolls you. If he adds you inside 63 days you s/be covered. The time frame you were previously covered beneath your former ins will count towards the months that are credited to your coverage, called creditable coverage, (when it comes to pre-existing.) If you be covered at least 18 mos w/o a lapse of 63 days consequently your pre-x conditions are waived. hang on to in mind its credited so if you be only covered by your former insurance for 9 months next the new ins delivery service will probably restrict payment for pre-existing conditions for the first nine months. The Ins co I work for lone checks pre-x for the first 12 months. So if someone had 9 months of coverage near their former carrier (as an example) consequently our ins would only check/restrict the pre-x conditions for the first 3 months of coverage, after that - its waive. This is for group to group insurance companies only. There should be like mad of info on the internet if you search - HIPAA (health insurance portability and accountability act) and creditable coverage - it should explain one and the same scenarios. angelic luck.
I thought a couple could both be on the same insurance if you are married. The best item you can do is speak to your husband about adding up you on, or better yet calling his condition insurance. Try it.

Now, I'm single and have pre-existing conditions and I enjoy to go through a special insurance and take-home pay $300 a month, and $30 a doctor's visit. I couldn't qualify near regular insurance, based on my condition. In CA.
Evidently they looked into your medical history. It is for this basis that folks need to be deeply, VERY, V E R Y careful if their doctor requests to put them on meds as you can be LABELED for the rest of your life as a diabetic or lofty blood pressure risk etc..

Once you have that info within your file the insurance companies will see it.
As beside any type of insurance, it depends on the policy that your husband choose and paid for. You should acquire your (his) policy and read through it carefully.

Medical insurance will normally exclude or restrict pre-existing conditions because you are more likely to claim for those conditions. Let's obverse it, insurance cos are a business. You may still be able to be name on the cover, but you may not be able to claim for reliable situation, you need to tell direct to the company after you have read the policy.
If you're going from one group insurance policy to another group insurance policy, and your lapse contained by coverage is less than 63 days, next yes.

If his policy is NOT a group policy, they don't have to pocket you if they don't want to.

Taking out different insurance policy..nurse call on?

My husband & I are in the process of applying for energy insurance for a mortgage. The insurance company have arranged that because of my husband's medical history, they are sending a nurse to do a medical assessment or something on behalf of the company. She is coming to our house tomorrow. My question is.. what will she do? Just ask question or do an examination? What? does anyone know? Has anyone have this done to them? Please let me know ASAP as the nurse is coming tomorrow! Thanks.

Answers: I've have this done before.

The nurse will most feasible take a urine and blood taster.

The nurse should have call you by now to confimr the time and location. On that beckon she should have given you any instructions that are applicable.

Typically they ask you to quick for atleast 12-24 hours before they draw blood.
This is standard procedure for natural life insurance: blood and urine samples, elevation, weight, medical history, possibly an EKG.

Car insurance put somebody through the mill?

i just get my liscence in pennsylvania, so how tons days u have until u enjoy to have insurance?

and since im 16, insurance rate are similar to crazy, and i wont drive so often, (like once a week) so are u legitimately allowed to not get an insurance and when attain into an accident, speak that my parents gave me approval to drive, and will their insurance cover me?

Answers: Little unclear on what you expect so I will cover two situations:
If you mean that you are driving a vehicle owned and insured by your parents, and you are driving it near their permission but not as a down driver under their policy, the insurer will do one of two things: a) Deny the claim since your parents substandard to disclose a material certainty i.e. driver in the household who doesn't own their own vehicle, and possibly cancel the policy (likely scenario), or b) Pay the claim and add on you to the policy and bill your parents (possible, though not likely).
If you mean can you drive around contained by a vehicle you purchased and drive around without insurance and later try and get your parents' insurance to cover a claim, after no it won't be covered.
Not so fast.

Since you are licensed, you are required to be on the policy. If you don't and hold a wreck, more than likely your claim will be salaried, but the insurance company will either end out your parents insurance or charge them back foot premiums from when you first got your license. You can progress under their insurance, however. Welcome to life span.
you have to hold insurance on a car BEFORE driving it
have your license doesnt mean anythign if your within a car you better hold insurnce or youll be walking home from were your stopped
Your parents enjoy a contract with thier insurance company. And contained by the contract they have signed that they enjoy disclosed all permissible drivers. So when you turn 16 they must diclose you to thier insurance and either resolve to add you the policy, which method you will covered if driving thier vehicle. Or they will need to exclude you from the policy, which finances you are not covered to drive the vehicle. If they do nothing and you obtain in a wreck while driving anyone's vehicle you may not be covered.
