My first try is tomorrow and I'm freaking out.

You are allowed to miss 30 question, so that is a big assist. If you fail, I have an idea that it is 3 days that you have to continue. Not sure though. I passed all mine the first try. So will you. It is not to hand as hard as they articulate. Just to throw this out there, I hope you are packed up for an outside sales company selling catastrophe and cancer ins, etc. I have be down that road, and trust me, it is a hard agency to earn a dollar. Agency is definitaley the way to step. Hope this helps.
Don't reason about failing. Concentrate on positive thoughts. I'm sure you will be a short time ago fine if you have studied and you know your stuff.

IF you fall short, they can tell you when you can try again but don't verbs about that unless and until it in actual fact happens. It is with the sole purpose adding to your stress.

Anyone know a biddable "Renters Insurance Company"?

Live in an Apartment and I would resembling to purchase some Renters insurance to cover any damages that may happen. I want to engender sure it's a good legit company and not some rinky dinky place. Thanks ahead of time for adjectives your answers.

Answers: MetLife is a good company and probably have one of the best renters insurance policies out there, at a competitive price. as long as you hold a decent credit chalk up. Insurance companies base their premiums on claims and insurance credit ranking, so if you pay your bills in good time and have angelic credit, then you will seize a better premium. MetLife also provides a small amount of coverage for the actual apartment (dwelling coverage) in casing you make improvements such as carpeting, contemporary windows, etc. that your innkeeper won't pay for, but approves you to do. Just breed sure to keep your receipts for proof. If you haven't have renters coverage before, I recommend a minimum of $300,000 of personal liability coverage within case someone would catch hurt and you would be liable. As far as personal property coverage, make sure you judge hard in the order of the amount of coverage you want. If a tornado came thru and destroyed EVERYTHING, from your clothes, television(s), furniture, etc. how much would it cost to replace?? Make sure you gain an adequate amount of personal property coverage. It take a lot of $$ to replace everything you have. You can go to www.metlife.com or converse to a local agent who sells it. Good luck!
My auto insurance is State Farm, and I return with my renters insurance from them as well. It's a pretty nominal annual fee, and they other provide top service for me.

And I concur with the other answerer, renters insurance covers breaking and entering or damage to your property, not to the actual apartment (like flooding surrounded by the kitchen that damages your floor tiles, or the ceiling caves in).
State Farm have a good renter's insurance policy. It will cover the loss your personal property surrounded by the event of theft or wrong such fire etc. You don't need to work roughly speaking damage to the apartment itself as the property owner's insurance covers the apartment and the building.

Whenever you obtain a quote get the Best Rating and don't select a company beside a rating below an A.

It is really smart of you to be thinking about renters insurance. So abundant people rent, next a person within another apartment starts a fire that spreads throughout the building. The other tenants lose adjectives their clothes and furniture and don't have any insurance to replace their personal belongings.
depends on where on earth you live and what companies are available to you. I have my auto and renters next to Erie. they are a GREAT company. try your company you have your auto beside as most will give a discount on putting both lines of business beside them. this can help lower your auto also. build sure the company has an "A" rating!
