Are my robustness insurance preiums rewarded through my employer export tax deductible as vigour carefulness expenses?

I pay $3200/ yr in recent times in premiums. According to my income I have need of $5200 to deduct my medical expenses? I own that if I can include the premiums I paid.

Answers: I don't regard so. You pay the premiums pre-tax directly from your paycheck right?
You can include them within your medical expenses unless they are paid pre-tax, such as through a booth 125 or cafeteria plan.

Second Level Appeal to Employer?

A medically necessary vigour claim was denied for my 20 month ripened son. I appealed to the insurance company, and they denied it stating that it was because of the type of policy that I have that it would not cover treatment (cranial orthopedic device). They said I need to write my second horizontal appeal to the employer.

Can I write a cover letter and convey in adjectives of my original reminder to my insurance company or should I rewrite the letter to the employer? The resourceful letter is massively well written and complete.

Answers: Sure you can, but what you're asking, is that the EMPLOYER pays for this. I don't deliberate they're going to do this.

The insurance policy doesn't cover it . . . you can request your employer to cover it, or your next door neighbor . . . I ponder your chances are equally well brought-up with both.
Mbrcatz1 is incorrect. If this is a self-insured policy (which I am assuming that it is since the insurance company referred you to your employer), next they would be the one to make the final outcome.
I would suggest sending in copies of everything you own related to the claim denial and initial appeal (including the letter you submitted to the insurance co.).

Things you will want to include contained by your appeal:
1.) the order from your doctor stating that this device is medically important.
2.) a copy of the denied EOB
3.) proof of payment
4.) your appeal note
5.) copy of the completed claim reimbursement form

Good luck!
