Good low cost medical insurance for a 20 year infirm feminine working through a temp service?

I am 20 years old and I enjoy no medical insurance and I really need to be in motion to the dentist and have a check up at my doctor. I haven't be to either surrounded by probably 4 years. I am very untaught on insurance so any help is greatly appreiciated. I want to net sure it's someone that my doctor and dentist will accept.
