Answers: You furnish the form to your new agent, and tolerate them take fastidiousness of it.

And be prepared for a surcharge for forced placement coverage, for the time when you didn't have any insurance within place.
Who is asking? I guess you have to explain to them you let it lapse.

Not sure what you are asking us to do? If you tolerate it lapse, then it's that simple.
Definitely dispatch back the form within. If not, they can and eventually will suspend your license if they don't get it hindmost.

You can't lie on the form, because they can call for the company and verify the dates. I would tolerate my new agent lend a hand me fill it out.

Medicare/Medicaid/SSI?

Can a person draw from Medicare when they have Medicaid & are on SSI? I be told no, & then yes. I call Medicare & they wouldn't listen to my case, they speedily said NO! I know some who have both, or one or another. Is here a way to draw from Medicare or both...the guy who I talked to hear the word "SSI" & he said I don't qualify. I am trying to keep my psychoanalyst & once I move out, (I'm going in some residence) I involve to see how I could possible get Medicare. He say I can, but he is unsure now. He's one of the bests surrounded by the area, I a moment ago worked with him for along time & would similar to to keep him for a lil longer. I don’t know what to believe. I know those who are over 65, or have a disability can obtain it. I have be labeled disabled since a child & now it’s similar to when I need back with doctors…it’s tough to return with it the easy approach. Anyone know how I can make this work out? Lately everything seem to be going wrong. Nothing ever easy! I see some bring disability, they get Medicare & they use the system &

Medicare is for ethnic group 65 and over, OR, people on social indemnity disability for more than two years, OR, for people contained by end stage renal disaster.

I don't know that you can get both Medicaid AND Medicare at like peas in a pod time. Just being 'disabled' doesn't do it - technically, that would qualify adjectives dyslexics for coverage. If you're on SSDI, go to the Medicare website and apply.
Yes, you can enjoy both Medicare and Medicaid at the same time. If you are underneath 65 you'll need to be on Social Security disability (SSDI) for 2 years or enjoy end stage renal disease up to that time you can qualify for Medicare. You should contact your social security organization for assistance on how to proceed.

Just being on SSI will not qualify you for Medicare, which is why the personage at Medicare said no.

If you are on both your choice of doctors will shrink, because the doctor has to adopt both Medicare and Medicaid.
