Can I use a PO Box as my merely postal address? Will insurance companies, bank, DVLA etc adopt this?
My Uncle is about to move to a caravan park where on earth he will live for most of the year. The problem is the park only uses PO box's for post so he wont own an address. He's worried what implications this will enjoy. Anyone any ideas?Answers: You will want an actual address.
One of the big reasons at the rear this is to try to prevent money laundering.
Money launder costs businesses billions each year, and beside banks and insurance companies hold strict guidelines to prevent it as much as they can.
I think you own to have a physical address scheduled. That way, touch wood, if they or someone they know are surrounded by an accident etc.. The Police or appropriate service can run to that address to speak to them. If they just own a PO Box, no one know where they live.
But; I assume it is possible to have both an actual address (where you live) and a seperate postal address (PO Box).
yes you can enjoy just a po box for e-mail. but you do have to enjoy a physical address on your licence and other things. But I lived in a place where on earth there be no mail box for 4 years. so yes it is fine..
No,they would not adopt
Yes, he will have some problems. Many institutions will not adopt a post office box as your individual address. Some will , but will also require you give an actual street address as resourcefully.
For example: In my country and my state, you cannot register to vote from a post office box. But you could grant the street address of the traiIer park or caravan park. Check with your state and county for more details.
You cannot use a post department box as an address for a driver's license, or car registration within my state. They require a specific street address.
You cannot obtain some federal documents, such as a US Passport, through giving a post organization box as an address.
Many states do not allow county welfare or general assistance checks to be sent to a post box.
Most credit card issuers will not issue a credit card to an individual just at a post department box (for obvious reasons) Same near a checking account.
Your DMV and insurance company will require a GARAGING ADDRESS. In masses more rural parts of the US, the US postal service will not deliver to the boonies, so you CAN use a PO Box, but you ALSO need to chronicle the garaging address.
What if fire starting from my house spread to my neighbor and it is burned, next can my insurance cover?
Is it possible for my insurance to cover this case that fire initiation from my house spread to others and it burned them?Answers: Under your homeowners you have liability coverage. That is the portion that will pay if it is deem that you caused in that loss. Be glad that you have insurance and agree to the adjuster do his work. So long as you have ample liability you should be just fine. Don't sweat it.
No. Homeowners insurance covers your property, and anything that you are LIABLE for. You'd hold to be AT FAULT for that fire spreading.
If, by chance, you made a trail of gasoline to the other house, that's INTENDED DAMAGE, and excluded beneath your liability section.
Your neighbor is responsible for insuring their OWN property by fire wound, and YOU are responsible for insuring YOURS.
