Most employers don't compensate the full amount to allow employees to lolly out. A few might allow a portion, such as $100 a month, to an employee who opt out.

Products and Completed Operations Limits, Is it better to own it Included or a separate limitation?

This is a question that I come across adjectives the time and am always getting different answers from underwriters and bureau managers.

Another question I have, if the prod and comp opps time limit is included, why can’t you just attach a $2 million excess policy to meet contract requirements? I really hope someone can answer this. Thanks

Answers: The ONLY time it matter, if the P& CO limit is included or seperate, is when the defense costs are inside boundaries. Pretty much you're ALWAYS going to see a 1 mil ag or 2 mil ag on the P & CO limit anyway - same as the policy ag.

Yes, the entire purpose of the excess is to extend confines. So that will usually work, IF the excess policy specifically includes products & completed ops.

Phoenix, AZ Auto Accidently Settlement Question (Phillips & Associates)...?

I was within a car disaster in February of 2007. Although the wreckage was substantial to my coup¨¦ (I was t-boned on my side, but the vehicle was fixable), I be not hurt beyond repair. I believe I had $4-$5K surrounded by damage. I go to therapy for a total of approximately 6 months. I retained Phillips & Associates as my attorney and they own just submitted my medical bills to my insurance company for review. I didn't not hold any fractures/broken bones, but did have whiplash (correct spelling?) and severe lower vertebrae pain. My medical bills come to a total of just underneath $6,900.00.

Is there any track to guestimate (definatley not a word, I know) what I may be getting for a settlement? By the way, my insurance company is State Farm and I have to sue my own insurance company, because it was a hit and run (Illegal Hispanic) and State Farm refuse to pay for me to see a doctor. I told them I have no choice but to contact an attorney and they told me to go for it.

Thank you surrounded by advance for any warning!

Answers: Your attorney at the Slick Suit Law Firm, in the Abacus building is the one to answer that grill. He or She will get 30% or so of any settlement you seize less any fees, so you inevitability to get answers from him/her. Also, your insurance payments may jump up since you are suing your own insurance company.
What's your policy limit?

Were the medical bills, physicians and/or physician supervised physical therapist, or chiropractors?

Is your attorney sueing for just damages, or putting within a bad confidence claim?

Why can't your ATTORNEY give you a ballpark?
You hold hired an attorney.

You will be paying your attorney 1/3 to 1/2 of your settlement + expenses. In the end...your attorney will seize a very awfully large chunk of any settlement you carry.

Therefore, ask him.

Since he is the one familiar near your case and he is going to seize a very immense cut of any settlement you get - consent to him earn his fee and answer your ask.
I think your attorney isn't earn his or her pay if you don't own a ballpark idea of a settlement amount at this point contained by the game. You should ask him to hang on to you more informed since he's going to taking 30%(or more) of your money.
