Answers: Pull your loan documents. Frequently, that coverage you buy only protects the lender - and doesn't reimburse off a set off, only minimum monthly payments (not past due fees, not over balance fees) for a unmistaken period of time while you are disabled. It does NOT retribution off your picture. Just the minimum payment.

You'll enjoy to write to the lender, to get a disclosure of the full amount of the tale. Then you can complain to your state banking commisison, assuming that the loan company is regulated below them.
Find a local civil lawyer, and notify every report station in town.

Anyone know who HomeCare insurance LTD are?....?

Ive been looking through my Direct Debits and here is a payment coming out by Homecare Insurance. I dont reason its my insurance for my phone because I went to T-Mobile and nearby provider is Fonesafe. I dont think its my house insurance because my provider is E & L and theres a payoff coming out from them on my statement.

Thanks :-)

Answers: Contact the bank and ask them what the company's actual name is (half the time they bill underneath something else). If it's a direct debit you should have authorized the withdrawal--if you didn't you may enjoy a case of identity robbery to deal beside. In that case:

it sounds close to it might be your water supplier
for plumbing and drainage,or I don`t know your
boiler maintenence?
