MEDICARE A & B - What do you consider Medicare Supplement Plan/Ins?

Hello, please comment. We do not know which is the best insurance plan would be that supplements Medicare A & B. Let's say 'relatively' money is not a consideration at this time.

We necessitate to know what you think is the best (from experience).

Answers: It is incredibly confusing. Depending upon what state and county you're in in that can be 25 to 50 Medicare Advantage plans (Part C), 40 to 55 stand alone Part D plans, and many supplement plans available. You'll want to stop by a local independent agent that represents many of these plans so you can compare the plans contained by one place. You do not pay anything extra if you use an agent.

Many Medicare Advantage plans include drug coverage. If you acquire a supplement or a Medicare Advantage plan without drug coverage you'll entail a separate stand alone Part D plan. The premium for the Medicare Advantage plans can be as low as $0. The premium for the supplement can vary widely (from around $100 to over $350 per month) depending upon the plan, your age, and vigour conditions. The Part D premium can run from $10 to nearly $100 per month.

Some things to consider. What drugs are you currently taking and does the plan cover those medications? What is your current vigour condition? Generally speaking, if you use medical services 2 or 3 times per month a supplement will be better; if you use medical services 2 or 3 times per year a Medicare Advantage plan will be better. If you want to keep your current doctor will he adopt the Medicare Advantage plan? Are you comfortable paying the higher premium for a supplement next to very little (if any) out of pocket costs or would you be better stale with a lower premium Medicare Advantage plan that have small co-pays?
Well there are various plans out there and available...what are you looking for...if you want to rescue money, you may want to look at some Medicare Advantage plans, many come next to little or no premium whatsoever...If you're going to go next to a Traditional Medicare Supplment plan, I would look at a Plan F or Plan G, both give you a right amount of benefits and coverage...most of the time at a competitive price. The good piece about a Traditional Medicare Supplement vs. a Medicare Advantage plan is that they are more widely agreed by doctors across the board.

Go to www.medicare.gov...that will give you rather a bit of good information along near plan & company comparisons...Good Luck.
We recommend adding a Medicare supplement Plan J to Medicare parts A and B. If you are turning 65 and surrounded by open enrollment, you will receive preferred rates beside select companies.

Plan J fills within all eight gap of Medicare.

Settlement Hearing Question: Is Insurance Involved?

We will be attending a Settlement Hearing this week on a wrongful termination/discrimination claim for a former Employer and we were wondering if businesses typically fetch insurance for potentional lawsuits/settlements?

What's your experience or feedback for what you have see?

Answers: the insurance is Employment Practices Liability or EPL. It depends on the type of company, and number of employees as to the cost.
Most companies don't enjoy this, but once they run into a situation like this will they did. The thing is even if the company is not found to be at guiltiness they are still out defense costs. This type of policy can sometimes include defense costs (more often than not). What you obligation to find out is if the company had an EPL policy.
Well, in that IS a coverage for this, but in my experience, smaller businesses do NOT pass coverage for it.

So it would depend on the business.

What is the average number of clients a Insurance agency has say for 2-3 years in the business.?

Answers: It depends on what kind of insurance they are selling. If they are strictly selling auto, they could have hundreds of clients. Homeowners is the same. When you start getting into Business insurance it varies.
It varies wildly. Commercial lines don't need as many clients as personal lines. If you have ONE client, and they're big enough, that's all you need.

So there isn't really an average.
