Can you do a online degree to become an insurance adjuster?
Answers: Most insurance companies require a 4 year college degree. It can be in anything -but you have to have it. I've worked with adjusters that had degrees in dance, economics, history, psychology.
Sure you can, but it won't do you any good.
In order to be an adjuster, you have to pass a state test, which you CANNOT take online. So that degree means NOTHING.
Most insurance companies hire inside people, straight out of a bachelor's degree. But the outside adjusting firms don't require a degree at all.
So getting the adjuster's license is one thing - getting a JOB is way, way different.
