How will the unknown Stimulus Plan effect you?
Being that the Stimulus Plan will give a financial compensation to people beside children, how will it effect those of us working tax paying, homeowners that do not own children? We don't EVER seem to qualify for any of the programs that WE rate into, so, do WE need to do to reap some of what WE sow?Answers: All taxpayers who earn smaller number than the ceiling amounts will receive the rebate -- those without children will receive smaller amount, but they'll still get more than they have before the Plan be passed.
From what I see it will be for everyone. I guess it's fitting though to be for families w/ kids because it's the kids who will be footing the bill following on.
How do i currency a insurance check beside two name on it?
it has my given name and my car dearlership describe on it. and the insurance co. will not just put my label on it. the dealership is three hours away where i bought the sports car from.Answers: If the car is financed the insurance company have an obligation to protect the nouns company.
Call the dealership- tell them your saloon has wreckage - tell them you enjoy an insurance check and it has their autograph on it too (I assume they are the finance company) - ask them what the process is to bring the checked endorsed. They will tell you their process.
Well, that's because the motor isn't owned just by you. If you be the only owner, your nickname would be the only mark on the check.
If you're going to have the dealership fix the saloon, you sign it and mail it to them. If you're NOT have them fix the car, you will own to have your adjuster reissue your check, to you and the nouns company. Then you have to sign the check and e-mail it into the finance company, to budge towards your loan.
You can't cash the check unless you own already paid past its sell-by date the loan. The lender gets first dibs on the money, while the loan is moving.
Why is the dealers pet name on the title?
Was your vehicle a total loss?
Is the check for repairs on the vehicle? If its for repairs and you are having the vehicle fixed somewhere else, bid the insurance and send the check rear legs. They will reissue the check w/ the correct repair facility. You would then newly sign the check over to the shop and they can deposit in your edge.
Otherwise, both parties have need of to endorse the rear legs of the check in charge for the bank to currency.
Good luck!
You sign it and send it to the dealership. This is how most auto claims checks are issued.
I am 22 years-old, will my health insurance pay for me to be tested for a learning disability?
Answers: Highly, highly unlikely.
(Especially considering that most insurers exclude learning disabilities as a diagnosis. Why pay for someone to get tested for something that would never even be covered under the policy?)
But, if you want to know for sure whether your specific policy will cover that service, you'll have to call and check. Your insurer may ask what the CPT (procedure) and ICD-9 (diagnosis) codes are in order to confirm coverage - if you can obtain them from your provider, it may help to have them handy when you call.
The only way you'll know the answer is if you read the policy and/or ask your insurer. Some will cover it, but most won't.
