I applied for a life insurance second Oct. (2007) on the phone and it is like a predetermined time period (1 year) insurance for me going out to marine. They got $750 from my VISA. I enjoy forgotten about it and presently I realized I didn't gain any information or policy statements about the insurance at adjectives. I feel strange almost this, so I want to cancel. Would they return my money back?
Answers: If they own insured you since last Oct. they won't compensation all your money to you. They may pro-rate it and dispense you back partly (six months that are left contained by the year), $375. Contact them and if they are on the level later they will be reasonable.
From very soon on keep track of your critical papers, contracts, warranties, deeds, license, etc.
First of all you ask for your statement from your agent by giving your policy number and compensation detail than only you can apply dissolution
