See, i have lost my laptop which have a rental agreement with flexirent. I lost it at my local footy club solitary because i believe i left it at hand after a game even though im pretty sure that i brought it final with me. I recommend that you stay away from flexrent because i owe enjoy a contract term till 2010 and i enjoy to pay $209.00 a month till consequently and even after the term i would own to give the equipment backbone even after paying for it. this company has be on a current affair for ripping people past its sell-by date. I dont want to pay the rest of the permanent status off lacking having a laptop. I do enjoy insurance and they say i am covered for ACCIDENTAL LOSS?? I dont mind if i own to twist my story a bit a short time ago to get what i ponder is fair.
Answers: OK, an involuntary loss is when something happens to it - close to fire, a car running over it, an elephant from the zoo escapes and tramples it. An ACCIDENT happen to it. You still have the item, it's of late, well, burned, smashed or otherwise out of commission.
Leaving it bringing up the rear is actually "voluntary parting", even if you didn't MEAN to go off it behind.
The REAL lesson contained by this is . . .don't rent, or lease, something. Cash is king, debt is dumb.
