A workman comp chart on injuries payout?

Answers:    Well, it's not a chart, it's a flipping BOOK. And each company have it's own book. It's going to depend on the type of disability, how many more years until retirement age, the wherewithal to retrain for a different job, etc. Benefits oscillate wildly by state - some states, you bring cut off after two or three years, no business what.

If you're looking for pain and suffering - here is no pain and suffering payout for workers comp. It's PURELY lost wages and medical costs, and regulated BY STATE.
