Does anyone know how unemployment penalize one whom uses the benifits even after they have gone fund to work? I know it's not just paying off the weeks they took from, or is it?
Answers: It's fraud. Maybe you get caught, conceivably you don't. but you shouldn't want to.
They make you take-home pay it back. Well, it's paying off the weeks, and if you lie on the forms, it is a fine and possible put in prison time, depending on what kind of mood the intercede is in.
