Will my adjectives husband's medical insurance (through work) turn me down for pre-existing medical problems?

: I'm just wondering if by decree they can turn me down, because i have pre-existing medical problems. I know that his investigational job that he is excepting soon offer good medical coverage and his boss told him i'd receive it as okay (once married) but he doesn't know of my medical conditions now. So i'm only just wondering if anyone could help me out near this concern of mine. I'm pretty young and enjoy never had medical coverage since i be younger, in yesteryear 3 years i sustained a really bad work related injury and am self covered by work comp, but may settle out soon. Of course i don't want to make any impulsive decisions on a settlement if i may not own any medical coverage. If he has guaranteed coverage for himself and kinfolk then would my pre-existing medical problems be an issue and a justification to not cover me? thank you in finance for answering this question, i couldn't find much information on it on the internet. Unfortunately i may simply have to lurk til he starts the job to find out the answer.

Answers:    I get rid of group insurance I have never hear of any company declining anyone coverage. I own had groups catch issued even with body that have aids. Did the insurance company dispatch you a letter or did the employer put in the picture you this?
If the insurance company sent you the letter it is possible that this is not a group policy but individual coverage. If the employer told you that you could not own coverage they may be discriminating against you to protect the group premiums from rising. I would call the insurance company and ask for an explanation.

In REAL group form insurance they only underwrite the applicants when the group is originally formed. After that as strange employees come on the bus and are not medically underwritten. At the end of respectively plan year the insurance company looks at all the claims file and adjusts the rates suitably. This is one reason why group strength premiums can go up so much respectively year. If someone in the group have aids, a heart transplant or some other condition the insurance company will raise the rates for the group spreading out the cost of covering the medical condition among adjectives employees.
proceed as if you can not go and get coverage with your settlement! my judgment... As long as you have current credible coverage, they can't turn you down, and must cover the preexisting conditions.

If you do NOT enjoy current credible coverage, they can exclude preexisting conditions for 18 months before they will later be covered.
any one can be entitle for any claim after marriage single after marriage lone he will be your husband
