I have no insurance so I want medicaid to cover the cost of having the babe. The father however is not going to be a part, I don't want them to turn after him for child support though. Do I have to merely tell medicaid I don't know who the father is for them not to budge after him. Or is there another passageway for my medical expenses to get compensated from another provider. Please help appreciation.
Answers: If you're looking for welfare for his child, then we the taxpayers own a right to get reimbursed for what WE are paying for HIS child.
You can't "opt out" of rights of taking back, sorry.
And if you tell medicaid you don't know who the father is, they'll check again contained by a year or two - if you are planning on not giving him any parental rights, and not listing him on the birth ticket, and not collecting child support, that will work. Otherwise, it will backfire.
If you want the expenses paid by another provider - you could marry him, and enjoy him add you to his strength insurance through work.
